Total absolute scammers.
I ordered the oil and decided to cancel straight away after l read the reviews only to be told that the package was being prepared to send and l can only receive a refund after l receive it.
This is an absolute con as l clearly stated not to send the package out and that l was fully entitled to a full refund.
Will be taking this issue to the top.

This product is a literally a scam tbh. I received my second package to the same address of mine. When i got the package new lables were pasted from my last order i have received. Very much disappointed to be seen something like this. Then i just checked the differences of both the items of the hair serum the new set i got smells more like bleach kinda smell so strong it doesn’t even have any colour of anything except looks like acid and seriously i applied a little amount on my hand within few seconds my hand starts to have a burning sensation.
The shampoo bottles was the same manufacturer and expiy date and other serum and oil bottle has different dates which can be seen very much printed very new. Why to scam people like this with some products that literally can cause more danger to people.

Items arrived in 3 days .I ordered from vedixproducts in India for the first time 3 years back annd using since then and really had good results .

Don’t buy the products on line because they will charge you for it and the products won’t be delivered it’s like a scam going on I have been waiting for my product for 3 weeks it didn’t arrive upon contacting Vedix they do not respond to any of your messages and emails.

Do not buy - very bad experience ever. Customer care is always rubbish and misled the website- 5 days fast UK delivery is totally lie

Very good product

I personally using vedix since 2 Months for hair growth concern and I am seeing very good results while using this products it's really helpful for me...I am observing baby hair growth on my scalp and by using shampoo it making my hairs silky and smooth too....so thanks vedix for launching such a good and customised product.....

Good products, worthable

Nothing great. Seems like very basic ingredients are used - can guess from the smell and colour of the oil. Not worth the price, especially because it is not working.

I placed Order on February 3 with Vedix. Before placing the order, I was receiving 5–6 promotional calls every single day, which was already frustrating. However, once I placed the order, all communication stopped completely.

Despite repeated follow-ups, I did not receive my order. The tracking showed that the shipment had reached Mohali, but there was no delivery attempt, no proper update, and no clarification from the company or delivery partner.

I was even assured during a call that I would receive the order the same day, but that commitment was not fulfilled. It has now been several days since that promise, and the situation remains unchanged.

Due to repeated delays, lack of communication, and unfulfilled commitments, I have requested cancellation and a full refund.

This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The aggressive marketing before purchase and the complete silence afterward reflect very poor customer service.

I hope the company improves its delivery process and customer communication so that other customers do not face similar issues.

Vedix is not a legitimate company. They do not provide a phone number to get in touch with them. I ordered products looking at their fake reviews and now they keep charging my card every month and there is not way for me to cancel the subscription. I have sent multiple emails with no response from them.
This company is a cheat. Do not order from them.

I placed an order during the Black Friday sale and have still not received it after more than two months. Vedix customer support was extremely slow to respond. When they finally replied, they claimed there was a shipment error and promised to send a replacement order. Weeks later, I have received nothing. I have since attempted to contact their support multiple times, but they have completely stopped responding to my emails. As a result, I have lost $138.00. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I strongly caution others before purchasing from this company.

Very good product.

Shocking. Very bad. Goes completely against GDPR. Does not stop sending me SMS with no 'opt out' message. Have emailed them over 10 times to tell them to delete all my records, which they always reply saying they will. And then i get another SMS. It's so bad it should have been reported a long time ago.

I would be careful giving your contact details to this company. They send unsolicited SMS/market texts which cannot be blocked! I have sent their UK support numerous emails to delete my contact details from their database but still I’m getting these texts . I have only bought their products once and they’re expensive and not worth the money. I haven’t seen any improvements in my hair loss/growth. I wouldn’t be spending anymore buying their products. I will be taking my complaint further if I still continue to get marketing texts from them.

Product is good but customer support not responding on time.
