Vedix is a total scam. I canceled my subscription, yet I still received an email stating that my next order was placed. They charged my bank account without authorization. Despite sending numerous emails requesting a refund, I have received no response. I am now left with no choice but to cancel my credit card and escalate this issue to the relevant authorities.
Their products are also completely useless! Avoid at all costs!

Vedix is a scam company you cannot cancel the subscription and the product don’t make any difference… definitely not worthy

I have severe psoriasis on my scalp so my friend recommended I try the vedix products oil shampoo and serum well I was absolutely amazed and blown away at how much it calmed my scalp down and the added bonus I experienced was how thick and long my hair has grown..

I bought this product three months ago, hoping it would help my hair grow longer and fuller. However, my hair started losing its volume and became dry and thin, resembling a cancer patient's hair. Despite my efforts, I continued to lose hair daily. I don't understand why the product claims to promote hair growth when it clearly doesn't work. I am extremely disappointed and would advise others not to use it. I will share pictures of my hair loss to illustrate the product's ineffectiveness.

DO NOT USE! I’m experiencing massive hair loss with this product and dry scalp plus irritation! Just stay away!

Have been using for over a month now and it is time consuming using the 3 products. But it is presented in a nice box. My hair is still the same curly knotty falling out from being knotty. Guess I still got another month an half to go judging by other reviews. It ain't a cheap product It should work..
Complete rubbish stuff glad I got a free box out of them cause of their stuff up.

It’s a scam! Placed an order until now haven’t received anything.

Caused irritation and hair felt dry and lifeless afterwards.

Spoke to Michael in the technical team with an issue. Was really helpful, gave me information to fix my problem along with a software update (he done remotely).
Cannot fault service, Absolutely great!

The shipment (DHL) never arrived! at constant nagging they sent me a link which showed it was delivered in another state. However, there were zero details on the address of delivery or any trackable information.
