Hi there,
I’ve put a lot of effort into referring customers and driving sales to your shop, but I noticed that my earned commission is still unpaid.
Could you please explain why there is a delay? I value our partnership and would appreciate a quick resolution regarding this payment

I've placed a few orders with Veiled that were shipped and delivered seamlessly, but this last order diminished the trust I have in this company. Please understand, I have 20 years of experience working in the logistics industry and customer service.

I placed an order on 3/12 and selected expedited UPS Next Day Air shipping, to ensure I would have the dress well before my father's funeral on 3/23. A UPS shipping label was created and that is the extent of tracking history for this order. I contacted Veiled via email on 3/16 and was advised the order shipped with a tracking link. The customer service rep didn't bother to actually check the tracking information or they would've seen that my order never actually shipped. I then replied to that email on 3/17 and have yet to receive a response.

I have no dress and am on a wild goose chase for a new one, but the lack of customer service and knowledge of logistics is enough to deter me from purchasing from Veiled again.

Veiled Collection has really good customer service because they helped me get my money back when I told them my package was lost in the mail. I would recommend this business to women because their customer service is caring and their hijab quality is excellent.

Beware — do NOT buy from this store.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I paid over $75 for a set, and they shipped me a damaged item. Both the pants and the top arrived with stains that did not come off. I needed it for a trip, and their solution was to offer me a 20% refund (only $12) for a faulty product.

I explained clearly that I don’t live in the U.S. — and used a freight forwarder. Here we have no Islamic clothing stores, so I buy my modest clothing online. Returning the item wasn’t even possible because shipping to the U.S. has been suspended for packages due to customs regulations. Even before this change, the return cost would have been more expensive than the outfit itself.

I showed them proof that the item was new with tags, I just asked for a one-time exception or at least a store credit. They still refused.

I reminded them that I’ve purchased from them before and never had issues, and that I’m Muslim — honesty matters deeply to me. I would never lie just to get a refund. But they still didn’t care to make things right.

What disappoints me the most is that the mistake was entirely theirs, yet I’m the one left without my money, without something I can wear, and without any real help. And honestly, based on how it arrived, it looked like a previous return that was sent out again without proper inspection.

This experience made me lose all trust in their brand.
I do NOT recommend buying from this store.

Returned an item to them three weeks ago and they claim they just received it and are processing the refund which can take up to another week. Seemingly untrustworthy business. Wish I had looked at Trustpilot before shopping. It appears they have breached trust with others in the online community. I will be reaching out to my bank today to discuss the charge with them.

I have ordered a lot of dresses from veiled. They are good quality and flattering.

TLDR: My package didn’t arrive despite tracker saying it did. Customer service gave me a full refund after a waiting game.

I ordered five scarves during their sale. After two months, I still hadn’t received the scarves, so I reached out. It turns out their delivery tracker had shown my order was delivered the day before — I was told to wait, as the trackers sometimes update a day or two before the package actually arrives.

This was a red flag, but the customer service was very polite, so I waited. When it still hadn’t arrived two weeks after, I emailed them again. Both times I emailed them, they told me to wait a few business days before asking again. This time, they were going to obtain postman footage to see where my shipment went. When that update never came, I emailed them and asked for my money back.

As negative as that experience was, the customer service was good throughout. Their responses were punctual even during holiday season, and when I asked for a full refund (not store credit) they gave it. Unfortunately, due to the sketchy shipping tracker and my package not arriving in 3+ months, I would not recommend Veiled.

I loved the headscarves I bought from Veiled; I purchased 5 different colored scarves. The fabric truly feels high-quality, and I must say the prices are quite reasonable. I was really surprised to see this quality at such an affordable price.

I live in the uk and have ordered from veiled my order arrived today . I’m soo pleased and happy with my new elegant looking hijabs , under caps and pins . Great quality, amazing range of colours . I highly recommend came very nicely packaged . I will be purchasing some more next month .

Im absolutely mad, I ordered TWO dresses and they sent me FALSE information about the shipping and tracking. I have still not recieved my order and they don’t answer any of my emails. Will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

I was deceived into thinking that I was purchasing an XL as listed in the listing description and on the tag, however, the garment is actually a XS or S at best. It doesn't cover my body at all. I normally am a M or L depending on the cut so XL would have been superb for this style and material. I was told that I could not receive a refund or exchange (as preferred) because it was an Off the Rack item which is an item with MINOR imperfections such as stains or puckered or loose/faulty stitching. I was unsuccessfully persuaded that "Size Variations" (purchasing an XL but really getting an XS) is also an imperfection with these items, however, I pointed out to them that that is nowhere stated in the description on the website before purchasing and actually would not establish client trust. This is wickedness and hypocrisy. They (Islam) consistently accuse us Jews/Hebrews of being dishonest and hypocritical but they take the cake! The wearing of a veil and abayas is an old pre-Islamic Mesopotamian custom that our Father Abraham brought with him and Sarah when they crossed over the Euphrates into Canaan land (Ibri). This is why I shopped them from time to time but I have just purchased my last Veiled item! Been shopping them off and on for nearly 2 yrs and never had an issue like this before! First AND LAST!

Not worth the hassle

I ordered once before and the clothes were not well made. Some had holes in them.

Recently.
They send false delivery information. I made an order almost three weeks ago and after chasing they said it takes 9 business days for the info to come through. It’s been 12 business days, 18 normal days and still no tracking.

They also told me that they’ve re-shipped and that one of my orders is now unavailable. No apology. They offered to send me a different item and I found something that suited but I am so upset because I ordered weeks ago for an event.

Obviously nothing has yet arrived. They’ve not updated the tracking either. I need the clothes for a trip and event this week.

The customer service responder is a ghost as well. They don’t tell you their name so it feels like you’re not speaking to anyone.

Spent over £500.

Such an embarrassment for a Muslim led organisation that puts our religion to shame. Its not Islamic or Muslim since they treat customers so poorly.

Brought 2 silk lined hijjab caps which were completely unfit for purpose. I'd be lucky if it sat tight on my knee cap it was so ridiculously small and stupidly made. When I had it on it was super uncomfortable. It kept slipping off my head and by 12 noon it looked like I was donning a Pakistani dupatta scarf instead of hijjab. I've never felt more uncomfortable.

I reached out to Veiled and asked for a full refund on the same day of delivery. I sent the items back the very next day. OMG...it took almost a month of chasing and emailing and requesting and repeating only for them to give me a 'partial refund' really dishonourable conduct, poor communication and terrible product.

Never again!

Independent Co like this make it really hard for other smaller businesses to thrive so don't shop here and it won't leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Update: the full refund has finally been received albeit after a very lengthy process.

This is a great site for anyone looking for modest dresses. Both of my purchases from Veiled have been a great experience. I found the fabric and construction to be high quality for a reasonable price. The dresses actually look like the advertised pictures! The shipping was pretty fast too. Will shop here again. Thanks.

I am so disappointed with this company. I ordered three modal hijabs never received it . I tried giving them a chance and waited 2wks because I know things happen with shipments, contact the DHS and I was told that the hijabs were delayed two weeks later I contacted Veil They said the hijabs were sent on the wrong address and they will send it back went they receive the items, after 2 days I received an email stating the item was lost, and refused to refund me. Is been a nightmare, i real hate this experience especially when i try to support a Muslim business. I will never shop with this company again, and lie to Afterpay about what happen, I got my email threat with them and will be hiring a lawyer I don’t care how much is going to cost is the principle of the mater

Just received my modal hijabs. There was such a hype about these hijabs that i was convinced to get them myself. So rn there is 18% discount going on making a price of £9.00 on hijabs which were initially £11.
Imust admit that i am happy how fast they got delivered, it was by dhl Express no wonder tbh if they are charging you £12 for it.
So coming to the quality of the hijabs it is very average. You can get same quality on Etsy that too with a matching undercap costing £7.99 and upwards depending on your pocket and how good you want the quality to be.
In one of the hijabs you can see a thread coming out in the middle of it.
Highly disappointed.
Pls spend your money somewhere else.

I made two different orders and sent it back. I never received the refund for one of the very expensive Abaya set. They just email me back and forth while I have proven tracking numbers, that they received the return and they still can't figure it out?!

I will now contact Klarna because this can't be it. I regret keeping one of the Abaya. I won't buy there ever again.

The material is not the same as the previous crinkle hijabs.it may have been in change in manufacturing ,but they are more sheer,non stretchy and it slides off my head now.Please bring back the original crinkle Hijab quality.Please…!
