Very kind and helpful staff with what can be a mildly painful treatment. Concern and care was shown at all times.

Unfortunately I had very bad experience and I'm very upset. I feel like I have been scammed. I was enquiring about veins removal by email. I explained the issue and attached photos. Shortly after I have received reply saying that initial consultation costs £250 and treatment costs£ 450.
I thought its affordable and decided to go ahead and book the consultation. After the scan which casts £250 I find out that treatment costs not £450 but £850 which is not affordable. So I wasted time for scan and consultation which I would never book knowing it costs so much.
I feel like I have been robbed. Makes me wonder if they give wrong information just to attract customers for scans?
Really really bad, would not recommend to anyone. Lost £250

Good advice and simple process. I had treatment to one leg and am happy with the results, consultation was clear and straightforward and aftercare was good. As a runner I was able to get back to regular exercise quickly after treatment.

The treatment has addressed the venous reflux in one leg and significantly improved the appearance of both my legs. I appreciated the initial clear communication and guidance, and the professionalism and competence of the medical staff. I felt the service was fairly priced.

I had an EVLA (Endovenous Laser Ablation) procedure followed by foam sclerotherapy on both legs to treat varicose and thread veins. The clinic provided excellent care in terms of professionalism — the doctor was very pleasant, and the procedure itself was clearly explained and carried out smoothly. I felt well-informed and comfortable throughout the process.

Unfortunately, the outcome has not met my expectations. Three months after the procedure, there is still significant staining and discoloration, particularly on the leg where EVLA was used. In fact, my legs now look worse than they did before the treatment, which has been deeply disappointing.

As a result, I feel very self-conscious, especially in situations like swimming or going on holiday. What I hoped would improve my confidence has instead left me feeling anxious and uncomfortable about the appearance of my legs.

While I appreciated the transparency and care during the treatment, the cosmetic result so far has been unsatisfactory. I understand that healing can vary, but I had expected noticeable improvement by this point. I plan to follow up with the clinic to discuss further options.
