Hi Emma,

We’re really sorry to hear that you felt this way following your consultation with us. Our aim is always to make each consultation clear, thorough and personalised for each patient so we are very disappointed to hear your thoughts. Each consultation is with an expert vascular consultant, including a colour duplex ultrasound scan and personalised treatment plan. For this reason we believe that at £250 our consultation represents good value for money. However we completely understand you have a different perspective and we would love to discuss this with you to see if there are areas we can improve further. A member of our team will be in touch to learn more about your concerns and talk through any questions you may have.
