Velaluxe レビュー

If I could give zero stars I would

Ordered in September
No replies to emails and now I get an undeliverable message
Still haven’t received item
This website should be shut down it’s all a con! Shame on you Velaluxe!

Ordered a jacket on 14th September I have never received it send numerous emails to their customer service email not a heard thing website is very convincing it’s real but avoid at all costs!!!

Do not order, ordered a jacket and never arrived. No reply on email after sending numerous chasers.

DO NOT ORDER!!! Bought a jacket and it has never arrived. No tracking information accept for the first day it left China and that was a month ago! No email correspondence. Emails bounce back. Have gone back to my credit card company .

Fast delivery and very satisfied about the quality and the customer service helped me very well

Bought a dress - delivered 3 weeks later, faded and cheap! no address to send back to and no reply to emails - beware if buying anything from these!!!

Now reported these to my card provider

Their website says customer support 24/7 Liars!!!

Ordered items on August 1st for my holiday on August 19th. Today is September 10th and I still have not received my order. Wish I had read these reviews beforehand. I have reported to Instagram as this is where I came across this spam company. £159 down the pan ! I have emailed them several times and the emails bounce back as undelivered. Shocking that this can happen in this day and age. I’ll be contacted my bank now for a full refund and they can take it up with them.

Fake site!!! Do not order!!!

My order was made mid August, nothing received. All emails chasing delivery ignored!!

Ordered a suit they took the money never received tried to email several times still no response tried via facebook and got blocked don’t use this website

I ordered a dress in July, I am still waiting for this product, I have emailed the company several times and have had no response, there is no tracking info, so I guess this company just takes your money without give any products DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

Order never received and on further investigation the website seems fake:
- customer services email address stated on website bounced back as undelivered when tried to get in touch
- the company policy links do not go to any policies they go back to men’s clothing
- the “trust pilot” style stars and reviews don’t actually link to trust pilot
- the tracking information on my package never changed from “ready for shipment” over the past 10 days
- There is no Instagram account even though their products were advertised on Instagram
- lack of any other information on the company other than the website
- The company is not registered on companies house either.

Good quality, does the job well and looks good

Vorige week besteld, Vandaag aangekomen 🥰😊 Ik ben zeer tevreden. Levering was gratis. 😄

I recently discovered Velaluxe.com while searching for a Smoke Removal Air Purification Ashtray. Not only did they have the item I was looking for, but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive. The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were informative and accurate. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping and the care they took in packaging my order. I’m thrilled with my purchase.
