I ordered a pair of boots from this store, they sent the wrong size and because of this issue I had to go out and quickly buy a second hand pair for an event. I promptly asked for a refund as this was their mistake and stated I was willing to return, their customer service team then proceeded to negotiate very low partial refunds starting at 20% then 40% then finally 60% with slow reply times and no acknowledgment for their mistake. Eventually I settled at 60% refund and will try to sell their poor quality boots because I could no longer be bothered with their poor quality customer service. Don’t recommend

It’s easy to move around in and still looks presentable. A fair balance between comfort and appearance.

No puedo darle 0 estrellas lamentablemente!! Yo jamás compraría en esta tienda pero mi mamá, una persona mayor, lo hizo y perdió 50€. Pidió algo y le llegó algo completamente diferente y horrible y esta gente no se hace responsable ya que no hay manera de contactarlos. NO COMPRAR

Solo permiten pagos contra reembolso y lo que te envían no tiene nada wyr ver con lo que pides.
No hay manera de contactar con ellos.

Estafa. Sólo permiten el pago contra reembolso, envían un paquete con un artículo que nada tiene que ver con el artículo que has pedido y luego no contestan en ninguna de las direcciones de email que puedas encontrar en su web, de las cuales la mayoría son de gmail y algunas ni siquiera existen.

En el email de confirmación del pedido, aparece la empresa Lumessaire SL, que tampoco existe.
