Great fix to sleepless nights.
This product will NOT disappoint!

When I have a restless evening to where it will affect my sleep, I take one Full Spectrum gummy. This allows me to sleep peacefully without my mind racing. I have never felt weird or groggy the morning after. These have been a game changer for me.

Tried a few other cannabis companies, this company came out on top! The no worries gummies work wonders for me. I’m a lightweight so one gummy goes a long way. Truly does the trick.

Was great communication to get the products that help me with joint pain an to relax an sleep..at 74 life has given me twists an turns and have used vena for several years an have helped many friends by getting them on CB Bites.....very together company..an helpful..

I tried at least a dozen products to hopefully help me get to sleep and stay asleep. I tried Vena CBD because of the association w/ Tamara (my favorite housewife) on RHOC. Didn't necessarily have high expectations - thinking more along the lines of 'why not'. Much to my surprise, Vena's Lights Out has far surpassed every other product I've tried to help me sleep and I now give this out as gifts to my friends. Absolutely love it and stand by it as the best!

I really like the Lights out gummies. I get a restful nights sleep and don’t wake up groggy in the mornings. I wake up refreshed and ready to start my day. Looking forward to trying more of their products.

Everything I have tried from Vena has been superior quality. The seltzers are great tasting, the gummies are the best I’ve tried. The bath salts are extremely helpful for relaxing and decreasing stress.

I have been ordering the gummies for months but now it's taking way longer for me to even get them. It's been two weeks and they took my money and I have yet to see my gummies. I depend on them for my anxiety and ptsd because my meds don't work anymore. I am so disappointed that this company has done this to me.

There has been some resolution over this issue. I wish that the resolution included my receiving what I paid for. Instead, I will be receiving more jars of a product that I have not tried yet along with 1 jar of No Worries CBD gummies. I really would have preferred a phone call rather than having Vena ship more of a product that I have not tried yet and less of one that I really wanted. But I have given up and am not owed any refunds at this time. A simple phone discussion would have resolved this and given me what I ordered. I do not trust this company to have a functional web site or someone to answer the phone. Had I seen all of the bad reviews, I never would have considered ordering from Vena. I will be looking for a replacement company when I am in need of more CBD gummies for my lyme-induced fibromyalgia pain.

Cannot reach them by phone and the promised correction to my order was not done. I was also overcharged. Below is the second email that was sent to them today.

"Your reply email promised a fix for the order below. The promised Extra Lights Out was not in my order. I was also charged for 2 No Worries instead of receiving 1 BOGO. I only received 1 of 2 Revitalizing CBD Soaking Salts and was not charged for any and 1 free Calming CBD Soaking Salts.

I anticipated a corrected order containing 2 No Worries for $69.95, 2 Extra Lights Out for $69.95 and 2 Revitalizing CBD Soaking Salts for $24.95.

My order should reflect the numbers below:
BOGO 2 Extra Lights Out: 69.95
BOGO 2 No Worries: 69.95
BOGO 2 Revitalizing 24.95
CBD Soaking Salts
TOTAL 164.85

Instead, I was charged $209.85 before taxes and did not receive the promised Extra Lights Out.

I will update this review upon correction by Vena. Otherwise, the items are sitting in a box instead of being useful to me to treat my fibro pain and sleep issues.

I placed an order for two products and as I was checking out, several “special offers” popped up in which I declined. I received confirmation of the correct order placed and then an email came later indicating my cart had been updated with a product I did not want nor order. The first customer service rep told me this happens sometimes and she would send me a return shipping label and refund the amount for the unwanted item. A few days later we received our order and there was not a return shipping label and we found the charge for the unwanted item added separately to our credit card statement. The second customer service rep I spoke with told me I must have accidentally added the item in my cart and the only remedy he could offer was to email me a return shipping label for which I would have to package and drop the package at the US Post Office and wait several days for the refund. Poor business practices.

The tincture really works well for soreness and helps relax me for bed! Love it!! Ordering more right now!!

I placed an order with 3-5 day rush shipping. After six days and no shipment notification, I contacted customer service. I was told that the product I ordered was backordered and wouldn't be restocked for a few days. This was very surprising because no where on the product description or the checkout page stated that the product was on backorder. If it had said this, I wouldn't of made a purchase and definitely wouldn't of chosen rush shipping on a product that wasn't even available to be shipped within that timeframe. When I asked if the backorder status was stated on the website, my question was completely ignored. The person I was communicating with came off as extremely curt, and the way they avoided my question seemed passive aggressive. They offered a refund and no apology. Makes me think they are using a bot. Terrible experience, will not purchase from Vena again for this reason alone.

When they moved their company out of CA and to Morrow, GA my shipments come USPS no longer in a box but a cheap envelope. The last 3 shipments have broken open and had missing or damaged product. Customer service simply does not care and offered no apology or credit. Also, be aware that it takes SO long for the product to arrive that most of the time in the summer the product has melted together and again no help from customer service.

Their response back to me was to contact their service department (which I have several times) with no offer of help or replacement.

just like all of these "legal" THC products, the Vena gummies really have no effect at all. two stars because they taste ok and the melatonin in them does make me a little sleepy

I paid almost $20 for 2-day shipping and they sat on my order for 2 days and then sent me order tracking with a delivery estimate of 4 additional days, for a total of 6-day delivery. I'll review their products if and when my order is received, but customers should be forewarned that this company has very poor customer service.
