They need more wvening and weekend classes. Same schedule for 2 years, They never respond to your calls or enails

One star is just because you have to choose…Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that values its members. This place is a complete disaster. The environment is beyond toxic—Management is the root of the problem. They are rude, dismissive, dishonest and completely disconnected from what’s happening. If you dare to voice a concern, you’re met with arrogance and zero accountability. It’s clear that leadership has no interest in improving the facility or the overall experience for members.
It’s clear that this gym prioritizes profits over people. If you’re looking for a supportive, clean, and well-maintained facility where you’re treated with respect, Vent Fitness is not the place. Avoid it at all costs.

Scammed and Unresponsive – Beware!
I purchased a treadmill, and soon after, I began receiving numerous emails regarding delivery updates and potential refunds. Unfortunately, none of these communications led to a resolution. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email—and even trying the phone number listed on their website, which didn’t work—I have yet to receive any response.
Based on my experience, I believe this company may not be trustworthy. If this matter isn’t resolved, I will definitely sue in court. I urge potential customers to exercise caution before making any purchases.

Possible scam
Sadly I also believe I have been scammed. Bought a treadmill. Then got various emails about delivery and talk or a refund. Have emailed and no answer and the phone number on the website does not work... beware !!!@

This company needs to be reported as a scam, I purchased a treadmill for £84.99 nearly 2 weeks ago and since then it’s been issue after issue, they claimed the item was delayed in dispatching due to my number not being provided so I did that, then I had no reply at all even though I contacted them via the email and number. Then on Wednesday it was dispatched but no tracking was provided so I kept asking for them to provide it, they didn’t. So today they tell me it’s been cancelled due to no stock which is insane as it was dispatched. Someone else wrote a review with the same issue I’ve had so I suspect this isn’t going to be the last time they do this- update 22/02/25 after apparently issuing a refund which never got refunded in the 1-5 days they claimed it would be I had to raise a dispute with my bank and even my bank isn’t getting a response from this company, it’s disgusting how they have acted.

I bought a treadmill £84.99, and was sent an email saying order had to be cancelled, so refund pending 10 days later no refund, emailed vent fitness 11 times not one reply, terrible customer care, and I’ve lost my money feel like I’ve been scammed.

Don't put your trust or card anywhere near this place. You'll pay a sign up fee equal to your plan, on top of being charged $30-65 monthly fees for gym services & gym access. You will be scammed a secret "annual" fee of almost $60 at your 60 day payment cycle & be told its non negotiatable bc you signed up for a membership, an "annual fee" for a service you'll have had for 2 months & may have no plans of keeping for a year.. To top it off an $80 cancelation fee for taking your precious bank account from them. So in total You'll be charged about $200, not including any of your monthly fees for your actual access to said gym & equipment. Warning & beware. Absolute scam & robbery.

This the best Health Club group I’ve experienced in the 8 years living here in Albany NY. Greatest value of services, I enrolled in the top price membership, $58.00 per month & it’s worth twice that. I have work in the Health Club industry for over 25 years, from Texas to NY, for a National company, training staff, members & hiring staff for health clubs like Vent. I use the Gilderland Club. Thanks goes to the Top down to the entry level staff. I use the Personal Training team weekly, swimming, whirlpool, saunas, steam room, free weights, cardio vascular area, massage lounge, juice bar & buy from the pro shop, All very good, your fellow member. Good gym, nice equipment. Dislike all of the News, streaming all the time. Having all of that constant negative news glaring at me while trying to workout really kills my motivation. Asked them if they could put anything else on and they said,” no that it’s always been that way.” Bummer

This place is amazing they teach you how to change your lifestyle. Good service and friendly staff

I visit this fitness center almost a year. I like the staff here. My favorite training is TRX.

I appreciate the cleanliness and fresh smelling aroma of the gym. I'm a clean freak and can't stand smelling feet and arm-pits while working out.

The staff is sometimes dismissive particularly the younger employees

When I was introduced to the facility I was shown around however nothing was explained in depth or demonstrated, specific examples the hydro massage and the tanning booths.

The "goal" consultation with a personal trainer and supervisor was good however there were no "leave behinds" such as work out suggests or bench marks that were discussed.

Other than those comments its been a good experience

I am a middle age over weight female. I see no one at the gym that comes close to looking like me. When waiting for staff to check in, make a purchase or ask a question I have been ignored on more than one occasion. They see me but do not help me. It is not an inviting environment. If I was not locked into a year contract I would not go back.

Amazing Fitness Club! Family Friendly & Fun! The place to be for All Ages! Fantastic Atmosphere!

everything was good as usual except for the shower soap dispensers.. One was not operating as it should. I opened it to check for soap and found a lot of mold/ mildew?? inside. I moved to another shower stall for a usable soap dispenser and checked the interior of that one and found it in the same condition.. a periodic spray of bleach, vinegar, whatever would prevent this.
