I am happy to give 5 stars and recommend the company to clients who are thinking about heat recovery or a heat pump. I found a combined product on their website that met my requirements. Mr. Vagaš very willingly advised on the selection of suitable elements for air conditioning and, based on the floor plan, proposed the optimal route. Communication was very pleasant and prompt. The technician Mr. Baňas also provided me with answers to technical questions. The website is very well and clearly designed. Thank you, gentlemen, and keep up this high standard.

First of all, I would like to thank the employees at Ventit, that is Vladimír Fedor, Pavol Šogan and Matúš Vagaš for taking my case seriously and doing everything they could to help me and obtain information about the transport of my ordered goods and thereby helping to reassure me.
Back in April, I ordered two Zephyr ventilators from Ventit. Shortly afterwards, I received a message that my goods had been delivered to an external transport company. I could see that my goods were to be passed on to the Danish transporter; Postnord. After some time, I became worried when I heard nothing. By following my goods on the track & trace number, I could see that they were to be delivered for further transport to me. However, Postnord had not registered any package delivery. Therefore, I became quite nervous that my goods had disappeared.
I wrote a number of emails to Postnord, but did not hear anything. At one point, however, I received an AI generated message that I should contact the supplier - that is, Ventit - and ask them for help. According to Postnord's procedures, it is the supplier who must report and file a complaint to the transport company (Postnord) that goods have disappeared. Now, I am not a guy interested in complaining unnecessarily and make a fuzz about my situation. But I believe it is problematic that I have to ask the supplier to file a complaint to Postnord in order to initiate a search for my shipment.
The situation and the procedures themselves made me quite embarrassed. But I contacted Ventit - and thank God for that. They replied quickly. And they had investigated the matter. They were able to reassure me that my goods had been delivered and handed over to Postnord and were on their way to me. They must have pulled some strings because the very next day I received a message that my goods would be delivered the following day. Thanks a lot! Best regards!

Nakup bol bez problemov, komponenty od Ventit vyzeraju velmi kvalitne vyrobene. Spickovy klientsky pristup od p. Fedora aj celeho timu v Presove na firme.

Som veľmi spokojný akurát rekuperáciu jednotku BSK NOTUS so vstavaným presvedčím mám zaplatenú už 4 mesiace a ešte stále nedorazila. Už som objednával viac krát ale teraz sa moje hodnotenie spokojnosti znižuje.
