We had a problem finding someone to insure our event- an auction - but vento took the time to understand the complications - and we appreciated this. I think as a young company they really want to get things right - they don’t make you feel that you are at the mercy of “computer says no” attitude that we kept running up against. I hope they keep their fantastic customer service and will def use them again. I don’t usually leave reviews but when I was looking into options I read something from someone about a bad phone call - and am writing this now because our experience was so completely different - I felt that was unfair and wanted to say we had a completely different experience!

I used Vento to insure my wedding and they were great from start to finish! Very communicative and reliable. The customer service was amazing and they made the process very easy and reassuring. Will definitely be using again.

Nice low quote, but I had a problem with one of the questions. Rang the only number I could find on their website ( the complaints team ). Answered by a surly voice, no name or company name. Sounded like I had just woken him up at 10am. 'cant help you, suggest you get in touch with your broker' ( which i do not have). Dread to think what happens if i had a real problem or a claim !

I recently insured my music festival Lovefest UK with Vento which was a seamless process from start to finish. Filling out the form took about half the time as other companies we've used in the past and it was very well priced.

I'd highly recommend Vento to anyone looking for reliable and affordable insurance coverage for their events.

Vento made insuring the exhibition launching our new arts platform incredibly easy. Pubic liability insurance at the click of a button with easy to understand terminology and frictionless fulfilment and a more complicated coverage for the art whilst the exhibition was on, expertly handled by the Vento team.

Secured event insurance for a conference incredibly quickly - entire process took under 5 minutes - no queues, no long waits. Loved the site design and all contact since has shown great customer service - will def be recommending it. Good work Vento.
