Bravo to boffenpurls for successfully obtaining my money from these dishonest people. Their falsehoods and dishonest actions misled me.

I'd say it's the best platform out there for alternative investments. I have invested over many years and seen vast improvements to the platform and the level of different opportunities available. Their customer service has improved vastly as well. They’re a team of professionals that obviously care about their customers.

Returns to date have been excellent, communication good. Considering I've selected the projects and that the VC make no recommendations it kinda validates my approach to investing and assessment of their opportunities

My 90 year old mother invested 100k in this, tried to get it back when we needed money for her care. She's been dead 18 months and still nothing. Just found out it's now only worth 32k.

I Invested in multiple DIF funds with Guardian Securities that subsequently got rebranded as Venture Crowd, and then Pimpama with VC. Redemption of remaining DIF funds are frozen indefinitely atm as I see it. Pimpama was an even worse story in a short 2 year time frame with pretty much all of my investment gone - about 15c in the dollar returned and case closed. Just how this could possibly happen in such a hot market and huge growth area of the Gold Coast is beyond me. I also have investment in the Residential Housing Development Glenvale which is running years behind schedule ...... I'm just waiting for a similar story to play out with this one too :-( Nothing good at all to say about this company. Zero stars would be far more suitable :-(

As a successful investor over many years I encourage investors to carefully study Venture Crowd and investigate their brilliant digital investment platform.
You can sign up for free and study how to be a successful investor, be able to check out many investment opportunities, invest in them and be paid out when successful. All of this completely online without talking to anyone. If you need support there is plenty. Venture Crowd supply all the information you need to do due diligence on emerging companies so investors can make informed decisions on which ones to invest in.
I have been very impressed with Venture Crowd's openness, honesty and positive support to help investors to be successful. I would like to thank Venture Crowd's staff, especially Jacob Lecinski, for the great support in helping me be successful.

I invested with Venture Crowd 3 years ago in a number of projects. All of them are unable to redeem my funds and no interest being paid. Shocking customer service and cannot understand how the regulators allow VC to continue taking investors money. You will lose your investment with this shonky bunch. They just I. It for the monthly fees, do not invest with VC !!

I, along with a couple of people I know, invested in a couple of investment with this company and we all have had nightmares ever since. We are all very surprised the company is still allowed to take people's money for shonky investments. Where are the government or regulator? Why no media coverage of their dodgy, loss making, deals? I’m a seasoned investor and I invest with a number of these types of organisations. VentureCrowd by far has the worst record of all of them. Out of seven investments every single one has lost a significant amount of money, with virtually all the investment returning between 15% to 0% of the total capital invested.
The company never answers their phone ( probably because they don’t want to handle all the complaints) and have worst customer service and customer experience policies I’ve ever come across in this industry. I’ve stopped investing through them and focus on a number of other much more customer focused organisations where I actually make positive returns.

I would not recommend this company. I've requested to redeem my funds in October 2021 and to date, I'm on the queue with approximately 280 people before me waiting for their funds to be redeemed. On top of that, the monthly returns have stopped and the percentage of the return is very low. They need to declare bankruptcy and stop taking people's money. I'm hoping the monies invested by so many people will be covered somehow. 🙏🏼 Stay away from this company.

They kept saying that you are in the queue without mentioning estimated date for redemption

Terrible. 5 different property investments with VentureCrowd. All performing badly with either real or projected loss of capital, interest and income either grossly reduced or stopped altogether. Stay far away,

I invested in VentureCrowd in different shares company back in 2020.Lot of promises from one of their employees Lee.
Most of the company's I invested were going to be listed on ASX within 18 months. Did not happen and still using the same information on inviting investors to invest in other companies. Blamed covid.
Lost money on Pimpama, waiting for interest to be paid on Carrara investment which they say will be paid when the project will be finished.
And now Zega is filed for liquidation which I have lost money.
Their dashboard is not up to date and the information is correct.
Yet there are still operating and getting paid by the companies using their platform.
The public should know about them and stay away from them.

Hello Mr VC matter , I already sent you an email on the e-mail published on your review,but still waiting your reply,I had the same bad experience with VENTURECROWD,no interest payments,no redemptions, to alert all investors to stay away from this Company,you never get back your funds

I complained to Venture Crowd about their really bad customer service, lack of transparency when dealing with investors and other compliance breaches. The complaint was referred to a customer service office with no result and no real intention to deal with the matter. I am now looking for other investors who had similar experience and lost money to join me in approaching the regulators or launch a class action. I have had bad experience with a couple of funds where the investment lost money and when I tried to get some answers, there was no one to provide satisfactory explanation. Even the CEO was not interested in addressing my concerns. Never again.

The most incompetent organisation I have ever dealt with. The only investment services they provide is removing funds from customers & lining their own pockets.

An "investment" I participated in over a 3 year term ended with me recording a $47K loss.

Take my advice & look elsewhere or roll your money up & burn it before dealing with this company.
