Amazing experience! Taylor made both me and my partner feel very comfortable throughout the whole shoot. The pictures came out beautiful and we had so many different styles to celebrate our engagement and other fun ones as well. Beth was very helpful with talking through all our options and showing us the finished results. They did a great job, Would definitely recommend!

Venture picture was perfect from start to finish. I bought a voucher while visiting women’s hospital and the lovely lady was informative of what they did. Then after having my baby girl earlier then expected, I reached out to them to explain that my new born was almost 2 weeks old as we have been in hospital but would still like to have the new born shoot. Which they was happy to help with and gave me reassurance. We went to the shoot and it was such a calming experience from start to finish. We was given a break inbetween to feed our little girl as we was becoming hungry and they was the ones who offered to give us a break! Which calmed myself right down as I was so worried on how we would come across with the tears. The outcome was amazing and they even do a little move premier of your pictures which had myself n my partner crying throughout. We ended up purchasing a frame and also a photo book because the quality was so good. I will definitely return in the future once our little Winnie is older for her 1st birthday shoot.

On the day, I cannot commend Lois highly enough as she facilitated all our requests, made us feel extremely comfortable and made this experience one our highlights for the year with our newborn. Her patience, professionalism and warmth make her an exceptional asset to the team.
Our viewing experience with Ricky was superb, personalised to our requirements and there was no sales pressure or any feeling of being rushed. We left with exactly what we wanted custom made to our requirements, thanks to Ricky's wonderful assistance and advice.
Pricing was extremely fair with a hefty discount. Certain things are invaluable, our memories and photos from the Venture team shall forever be cherished.

All the staff have been accommodating throughout but a massive thanks to Meg our photographer. The photos are simply beautiful. Meg worked around us and our two small children. She went above and beyond to get photos of our tricky 3 year old. We viewed our photos recently and couldn’t believe how they turned out.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Venture Studios Maidstone and cannot recommend them highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, Kimberley at the reception made us feel extremely welcome. She ensured we were comfortable while waiting for our appointment and went above and beyond in her care and attention. Despite the cold weather, Kimberley kindly opened the shutter to the car park for us and waited patiently to make sure we exited safely. This level of thoughtfulness and customer service was genuinely appreciated and set a positive tone for our visit.
Our photographer, Ella, was absolutely amazing. She did a fantastic job photographing our daughter and demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the session. Even when our daughter became unsettled and had a difficult moment, Ella remained calm, patient, and incredibly skilled in handling the situation. Her gentle approach and expertise truly put us at ease, and it was clear she has a natural talent for working with children.
When our session came to an end, Kimberley once again went out of her way to escort us to the parking lot, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed.
Overall, the team at Venture Studios Maidstone provided outstanding service from start to finish. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer care made our experience memorable and stress-free. We will most certainly be recommending Venture Studios Maidstone to our friends and family and look forward to returning in the future.

The photoshoot with Kayleigh was excellent. She was really helpful in directing me and my family to get the best possible photos.

We then reviewed the photos a week later with Jasmine and were very happy with the final result.

We had a fantastic photo shoot with Dan, the photos are absolutely beautiful, we couldn’t have asked for more. The whole team at Cheltenham have been great with the whole process. We can’t wait to get our framed photos now to put them up at home.

Jordan was fantastic with me and my 8 year old son, going to be honest I was dreading it for us both as we have never been to a shoot before but Jordan made us feel at home. He is a gem!

Could not recommend venture studios enough! Had a voucher from cosatto for a photoshoot, Taylor was wonderful in the phone consultation and explained everything clearly so we knew what to expect. The shoot itself was magical and we felt so in control of what we wanted photos of. When it came to our viewing, Beth gave us our options and showed us the most wonderful video of our pictures and helped us choose the best options for our space.

Did the bump to baby shoot and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Dan was amazing with us and the baby! He was gentle with him and funny, he made me and my partner both feel so comfortable.
