A thoroughfully personalised approach to photography! All the staff at the Birmingham Venture Studios branch are full of the charism and vibe that I think we all need these days, with all what is happening in the world. A seemless transaction which I will most certainly recommend to others. Nothing was too much trouble. The resident pets are cute too!

Friendly staff, a great photo shoot experience. Photos are also edited well.

Everyone who we met there were lovely and made our experience great.

Dom was very welcoming and friendly in the Ratby studio. Having never done a photoshoot before, he helpfully advised us beforehand regarding what types of clothes to wear/bring with us. And any toys for our baby to be pictured with. He was very good with our baby during the shoot, and he directions were clear. He had good ideas regarding poses and styles. The viewing in the cinema room was also very good, with a pot of tea and couple of biscuits) he created a lovely video of our photos set to good choice of music, which was quite emotional really as it's our first baby and there are lots of gorgeous pictures of her alone, as well as with us individually and family shots❤️. Then we went through all the pictures together on the big projector and tried a few different arrangements for the frames we liked until we found an arrangement my husband and I both liked. Can't wait to collect them and create our feature wall in our new kitchne-diner. Thank you so much!

Incredible experience from start to finish. Dom our photographer was brilliant, his creative mind and energy shone through, nothing was too much trouble with our 3 week old newborn and 18month puppy! The end results were more than we could have expected, his work wasn't just photos, it told a story.
All the staff were so friendly from the moment we got there, big shout out to Lois for being top dog handler when we needed 5 minutes without him!
Ricky really helped finish off the experience when deciding the final products and really understood what it was we were looking for and helped to deliver.
The skill and work these guys put in to your final product is so worth the money for something you're going to keep forever.
The biggest thank you to the whole team, cannot wait to receive our photos for Christmas 😊

The whole process start to finish was so friendly and made you feel at ease. Steph was an amazing photographer who captured brilliant images of our little girl (who is not one for smiling either) they just looked so natural and happy that when we came to view them we couldn't decide which ones to choose between. The video of all the photos put together for a private showing in the cinema room, was a lovely touch too. My son was unable to make it on the day due to not being able to get leave, but we will be choosing to go back to them to do the photoshoot including him, as I couldn't think of going anywhere else. Top quality!

Rhi was absolutely amazing!
The whole experience was so much fun, we were able to get all of the shots that we wanted, Rhi was so patient with our little boy when he was grizzly and so helpful. We honestly cannot wait until the next one

We had a lovely photo session at Leamington. The photographer was great with my dog and really made the session a good experience. Only criticism I would have is you don’t find out the cost of prints until after your session. They are quite pricey considering the session only cost £25. We of course purchased the prints anyway, just was a shock when you don’t know prices beforehand. I would recommend people having a photography session with venture.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish the communication at booking and customer service was great, our photographer Taylor was so welcoming and made everyone at ease! The photos are amazing and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking!

Lovely experience

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Experience!

I was very nervous at the beginning about doing a family photo shoot, especially with our little baby. But Ellie, our photographer, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She helped us so much, especially with the little one. Our baby was crying for most of the session, but Ellie was incredibly patient, calm, and reassuring the entire time.

When we returned to review the photos, she was again extremely helpful. She guided us through choosing the best pictures and frames, and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

I can honestly say this was the best photo shoot experience I’ve ever had. Ellie was great professional, kind, patient, and truly wonderful to work with. Highly recommended!

We won a free shoot, had a great experience, and the pictures were amazing! We bought a package and couldn't wait. Unfortunately, due to a family disaster, we no longer wanted the pictures, after getting in touch, explaining our situation and explaining that we didn't want a refund, but no longer wanted the images, the team offered us a reshoot at no extra cost.
They couldn't have been more understanding or accommodating! We can't thank them enough, we love the new photos and we're so greatful!

Ellie was great, everyone was super friendly and the viewing session was relaxed and comfortable.

We visited yesterday and were greeted initially by Milton , he set us at ease despite kids that were playing up , the studio is fantastic and demonstrates the professionalism within . Our photographer Paige , was amazing, she put the kids at ease , made them look natural a true professional. Thank you Venture Studios Cardiff , I cannot recommend them enough . Cant wait for i see the results .

I won a cake smash photoshoot via a competition on Instagram and thought it would be the perfect way to celebrate our baby boys first birthday.

The photoshoot went well despite our baby's reluctance to have any involvement with the cake but we were excited to see the photos nonetheless.

We were slightly worried about the affordability of the pictures as the price for these are extremely high but thought that we maybe able to purchase a few prints rather than frames. We were particularly excited to see the photos when we received our sneak peak.

However, 2 weeks later at the viewing I was confused regarding the photos we were being presented with. My baby didn't look like my baby. Despite some discussions around what packages may be available (which interestingly and very quickly became different to what we were originally advised was policy, but then when sales are not being made can quickly go out of the window) we decided that the look of the majority of these photos were not for us and we worked through the ones taken to try and narrow it down in order to make a decision around which one we would take as our free picture as given with the package.

I questioned why my baby looked odd and computer generated. I was informed that the photographer had attempted to enhance the photos. However, the lady showing us the pictures was in agreement that the edit of these photos were not great and that she would be speaking with the photographer as this was not the standard expected. We were offered the unedited version of these photos if we wanted to purchase them all on a usb stick for £995 but these were not the photos we had been shown. I struggled with confusion for the remainder of the viewing as to why anyone would feel it would be acceptable to edit and filter not just my baby but potentially any 1 year old child.

By the time I returned to my car I was in tears. For anyone to think it is acceptable to highly edit and filter a child is completely unacceptable. It is also insulting and incredibly hurtful. Altering photos of a minor without parental approval is a serious breach of trust and falls well below professional standards.

We are happy with the picture we ultimately chose; however, it now stands as a constant reminder of the hurt and frustration caused by the unauthorised editing of the other photos and the overall experience. We wanted a beautiful reminder of our baby's birthday which will now feel forever tarnished.

We will not be using venture studios again in the future or recommending them to anyone else.
