Just recieved my heated vest and it appears to be well constructed. I've had one interaction with customer service and they were quick to respond. I will update my post later in the year when I have the opportunity to use it playing golf in the colder months.

I purchased a Venustas heated vest about 2 years ago. It has been a literal life-saver! Regular winter clothing isn’t adequate for me. This vest has allowed me to comfortably enjoy watching my son play lacrosse on many cold nights. Without it, I’d be miserable. Even the low setting does a great job and the charge lasts for several hours. I was saddened when it quit heating up. I informed Venustas customer service through the email provided in the jacket. I was very pleased with the quick response and solution.

My husband gave me a pair of Venustas heated socks for Christmas and I love them! I ride my bike year round and have tried those stick on disposable foot warmers, layers of socks, shoe covers and still suffered with cold, numb toes. These socks keep my feet nice and comfortable even when it's raining, cold and windy. Such a relief!

Customer service was handled in a professional caring way with respect for my concerns.

I couldn’t be happier with this heated jacket—it’s easily one of the best purchases I’ve made for cold weather.

When you do use the heating feature, it’s a game changer. It warms up quickly and distributes heat evenly, making a huge difference on freezing days. The battery life is impressive too—I can get through long outings without worrying about it dying.

What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. I had a problem after 2 years so I wrote to customer service. They handled it professionally and went, above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Overall, this jacket combines excellent craftsmanship, practical functionality, and top-notch customer support. If you’re on the fence, I’d highly recommend it—it’s warm, reliable, and absolutely worth it.

I absolutely love my heated venusta jacket and have dearly missed it working. After messaging in early December and a few mix ups in emails between going to junk mail and or not sending they kept trying to find ways to reach out and finally have resolved the issue its in the wiring. They were amazing to deal with highly recommend the appearal.

The people at Venustas are the best I recently purchased 2 more heated vests after loosing wright and they were shipped out right away in 2 different boxes The one came in a few days perfect The other one in a different color came a few days later and when I opened the box the vest was a perfect fit and I loved the grey color But there was no battery in the box I waited a few days and nothing came I emailed the customer support and had a reply the same day within hours and in a few days a battery in the mailbox I have purchased at least a dozen vests and jackets from Venustas and have told my friends about them and they are also just as happy with the products After my little problem and the way it was handled I will support them for life a great company to do business with and very caring people to deal Thank you for you service

This company has good products and great customer service i had bought a heated hoodie jacket barley used it then it had an issue with the connection wire and customer service took care of every i covered the shipping cost and they replaced it awesome customer service thank you

My daughter has had a Venustus heated vest all winter, and loves it.
So I ordered one for my wife. It was only available in black, but OK. 2 days later Venustus sent me an email with a new sale, offering the vest for less $, and also in purple. Their customer service was 10+ out of 10. They returned all my messages, called me, and refunded 100% of original order. Then they gave me the sale price for the new purple vest. They even covered shipping for the return.

I absolutely love my heated vest!!! I bought my mother and I both a vest for Christmas and I am so happy that I did. Customer service was outstanding. They called me every day until I received my order. Perfect timing for my mother’s Christmas gift. So glad that I decided on the brand!!!!

I got a gift for Christmas that needed to be resized. MYRR was very helpful in helping me sort out my issues and getting me what I needed very good communication very professional yet friendly.

Had a problem after one year with the battery connection. It was diagnosed over the phone and a replacement battery arrived in a few days, at no charge.

The jacket I ordered was defective, and the customer service helped me thru the entire process and really cam thru for me. Their assistance was outstanding!

I’ve enjoyed my Venustas heated vest. It is the perfect winter accessory. When it stopped working, calling customer service was also quite the easy process.

I received a heated vest for Christmas, but unfortunately the cord wouldn't work and the vest only functioned intermittently. I had already registered my vest, so when I called customer service, they were able to quickly pull up my previous conversation.
They informed me they would send out a replacement, and I received it within two days!
That kind of fast, efficient service truly impressed me.

This could have been the most complicated order they've ever had to process, but not only did I get a very high-quality coat, but the support team was also FANTASTIC to work with and extremely helpful. This is an amazing company, and I would definitely recommend it. If I could rate them a 6, I would.

Well, my zipper on my jacket my vest. I noticed that the zipper was kind of missing something when I got it, but I said it’s brand new so it can’t be a problem, but the zipper kept opening up at the bottom. I found that the metal part of the zipper that you stick in the other pot was only half as big as what it should be and they were cloth or fabric hanging out so I figured that was probably returned vest but the zipper was no good right from the start, but it was working OK until the bottom started opening up and it kept doing it so when I got the new vest, I noticed compared the zippers from the new vest to the one I own, and it was true the right side of the zipper that metal piece that you’re stick in. It must’ve been broken so only half was going in there anyway they sent me a brand new vest and it’s working fine, but I went in months using it so I couldn’t use it no more that’s when I complained about it, there was something broke on that zippo right when I bought it I should’ve sent it back as soon as I bought it, but they made good. They sent me a brand new vest and I will continue to do business with that. Thank you.

I bought my vest just over a year ago and have used it nearly every day. It helps to loosen up my tight muscles and keeps my chilly hands warm. The battery is easy to charge up overnight. My only complaint is I wish it lasted longer on the medium setting and that it wasn’t so bulky. Customer service has gone above and beyond to help me troubleshoot any problems as well. If you are on the fence about it, I would definitely give one a try.
