VEO Camera is really easy to set up and begin recording.

Customer service sucks and is AI driven. It can take hours or even days to get assistance with a problem. On top of that conversations are based on a back and forth email which makes it even more difficult to troubleshoot. Youre lucky if you can get a phne appointment within 48 hours and even then most of the phone calls get missed by veo customer service.

Great product, consistently getting updated, and provides real value to young sports players. We love watching the highlights. User interface could still be improved slightly - mainly to make downloading highlights easier, but it's fine once you get used to the flow.

Quality is good. The subscription fees are excessive from an individual perspective. The interface is nice but having the ability to highlight multiple players at once to illustrate a coaching point would be helpful. Being able to an x or o in the video would be helpful as well to illustrate opportunities for players.

I wanted to comment on the amazing sales process: I had the pleasure of being expertly educated and assisted by Sophia Gonzalez. I was comparing various platforms for capturing team video for ice hockey. Sophia made the process seamless with the right amount of follow-up. She had the competitor information I needed to properly make a decision. I still did my independent research to verify. In the end while Veo was not the least expensive it provided the best overall value for our needs. I want to thank Sophia for her help and I will be sure to recommend anyone to ask for her as their salesperson. Looking forward to using the technology when it arrives.

The technology of today is mind blowing. I remember playing and casual member in the stands, filmed me with a massive camera.

Great camera and editing software, lots of clubs using it for field hockey but no specific AI available yet, would be great if there was

The customer support representative provided a solution in a timely manner. They were very proactive and had my issue resolved before our schedule phone meeting. He was very professional and made sure any and all issues were resolved before ending the call.
