I was so impressed with Mona from verbatim, it was so refreshing to have a recruiter that became your advocate and your friend. Mona would help me best position myself for the company and role having very insightful knowledge of the company. She was very responsive and would call be to give me regular updates. She literally held my hand through the whole process. Because of her support I was successful in securing an interview. She even guided me through how to best prepare and present myself in the interview. I was therefore successful in being offered a position. Mona has followed up with me after every process, she is more than a recruiter is she now my friend.

I have worked with a few recruiters, but I must say Iain Bonner stands out. There's this personal touch he brings which can only come from a natural kindness and a strong desire to ensure you're matched properly to the right role and working conditions.
