Jordan worked tirelessly to help me find my role, constantly following up with the company all the while keeping me in the loop, which in my opinion is a key element when looking for a job. I saw a job advert and requested further information on it. Sent an e-mail to the hello@ address and got a response within 15 min, although not giving any further information, I was requested to send my CV.
I did send it instantly and never heard anything back.
Requested an update to the contact person with 3 separate e-mails, but no answer, no reaction at all.
Very disappointing experience. What a waste of time.

As a candidate I found Scott purely amazing.

Technically first, Scott clearly sees beyond the surface and has the ability to be one step ahead: he truly knows how to analyze profile and identify the candidate potential that may deserve a position. Really far from a simple copy/past and then brings real added value.

Trustful: Scott says what he will do and do what he said. Valuable :-)

Heartful: even if the recruitment process was not successful Scott took the time to give me a call, ask me how I had received this bad news and so one. Amazing! Who does that? Scott restores the nobility to this profession.
