Helaas kan ik alle positieve reviews van dit bedrijf niet onderschrijven.
Er is uitgebreid gesproken over de lijst van goederen die verhuist moesten worden. En aan de hand daarvan werd een inschatting gemaakt van de benodigde vrachtwagen capaciteit en uren.
Een 40 m3 vrachtwagen, 3 man en 8 uur.
Ik ben geen verhuizer en kan dit dus ook niet goed inschatten maar...
Helaas komen we aan het eind van de dag tot de conclusie dat dit volledig verkeerd is ingeschat.
12 uur later en met nog het één en ander achter gelaten in het oude huis.
Vervolgens krijg je een aanvullende rekening met overuren waarbij protesteren tegen te veel uren niet helpt. Nu gelijk betalen en even tekenen dat er geen schade is.
Ik had zelf al een bed, veel gereedschap en zeker 10 verhuisdozen overgebracht. Ik ben twee dagen later nogmaals met een aanhanger en een volle auto heen en weer gereden om alles uit het huis weg te krijgen.
Ik weet niet wie en hoe deze inschatting is gemaakt maar deze was verre van correct.
Bij het uitpakken bleek er behoorlijk wat verborgen schade te zijn die niet door de verhuizers was gemeld en zelfs met plakband was verborgen.
Uiteindelijk zit ik met een behoorlijke schade post en een rekening die ruim 50% duurder uitvalt.
Bij mij valt dit bijna onder de noemer oplichting.

Had op 10 juli een offerte aangevraagd, is nu 16 juli en nog steeds geen reactie gehad maar op de site beloven ze binnen 24uur contact met je op te nemen.
Nooit meer zaken doen met deze mensen

Ondanks dat het leuk niet te gaan lukken hebben Dick en Dylan hun uiterste best om de werkbladen te leveren. Ik ben uit mijn dak zo blij!

Without question the worst service experience I have had with a moving company. If at all possible go with anyone else, your day will be ruined and you will hate every minute of it. I did not trust the 1 Star reviews because I thought that they are unique misunderstandings, but no. They underquote you to get you on board, then overcharge by up to 50% at the end based on the contract they get you to sign, then they will agressively demand the payment at the end no matter what, with multiple movers shouting at you in your own house, then they never react to any sort of complaint.

I was quoted 3 movers for 5 hours with a 20 m² truck. Instead, the move took 6 hours, and despite that, multiple large items were left behind because they simply weren't moved (they asked for an additional 2 hours minimum to pick those up, and they also made it seem like it's somehow my fault). Throughout the move I was helping carry furniture myself, and even the lift operator was assisting. In reality, there were effectively five people contributing to the move, yet it still wasn't completed.

The day didn't start well either. Before any work had begun, the lead mover asked for coffee and then immediately went to use my toilet instead of starting the job. He shouted and was aggressive towards me, though in a language I do not speak so I have no idea what was actually said, but I did feel threatened. They also actively refused to let the lift operator leave until he called the police on them.

The timeline is what really made me question the invoice. Once the truck was loaded in the previous house, the movers drove off first. I stayed behind with the lift operator for another 10 minutes to dismantle and pack the lift before we left. Somehow, despite leaving later, we arrived at the new property before the moving truck. We had enough time to open the house, set up the lift, and wait before the movers finally arrived.

When they eventually turned up, they had pastries, drinking yoghurt and bottled water with them. Later I was told they didn't stop during the journey. That explanation simply doesn't line up with what happened.

To make matters worse, they tried to charge me an additional €12 on top of the already disputed invoice.

When I questioned the extra hour, I was promised that I would receive the truck's GPS data on Monday so the travel time could be verified. As of writing this review, I am still waiting for that evidence. No one actually reached out and I doubt they will.

Another questionable practice: the lift was quoted for 4 hours, while the move itself was quoted for 5 hours, yet the lift operator was booked for 6 hours. It makes the original quote look cheaper than what you actually end up paying.

This wasn't just an expensive move, it was an incomplete move with poor communication, questionable billing, and promises that have not been kept.

I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing, questioning every additional hour they bill, and requesting evidence for any disputed charges. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Good worktop delivery service (arranged via IKEA). They even needed a lift that was not foreseen by the installation company and it was arranged on the spot!

Topjongens!! Aanrecht helemaal naar de derde verdieping gebracht!! Zeker aan te bevelen!!
