I got an excellent support from Verity Ghostwriting. They are really very supportive. They provide me with significant assistance in getting my book published.

I hired this company to complete my book formatting, cover design, and provide all final publishing files for multiple platforms. After weeks of delays, missed deadlines, and inconsistent communication, they still failed to deliver the services I paid for.

I gave them a clear 48‑hour deadline to provide all final files, including the updated book cover, interior files, ISBN, barcodes, and instructions for uploading to KDP and the other platforms they promised. When the deadline passed, they only sent outdated covers that were not even the correct version of my book. None of the remaining deliverables were provided.

Additionally, they previously told me they would only send my files if I removed my negative review. This is documented and is a form of coercion. No legitimate publishing company should ever withhold paid deliverables in exchange for removing honest feedback.

As of today, I still do not have the completed files, the correct cover, the ISBN and barcodes, or the platform‑ready materials they advertised. This has caused unnecessary delays and has forced me to take steps to recover my payment and move forward without them.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. They did not deliver the contracted services, ignored deadlines, and attempted to pressure me into removing my review instead of resolving the issue professionally.
