It’s a scam casino they never pay you the winning. I still have my money in the wallet and keep rejecting my withdrawal saying it’s a technical problem. There doing this to many people. They should be operating.

Stay well away from this site! Scammers! Happy to take your money through normal ways but when it comes to paying out withdrawals they don’t do it. 6 times I have tried to withdraw my winnings and six times I have had the generic transaction cancelled due to error message and when you respond to the message it’s just another generic message stating to do it again and they will process it. Well six times of trying to do this shows you have no intention of paying anyone their money!

So many hoops to jump through to try and make a withdrawal, got no help and tried to explain about my fnd and how my brain doesn’t work. They block my account and my £200+ goes with it

Put in £150...won £3000....wont pay me out. Saying the verification isn't working even though I do it all correct. Tried to call bit call goes dead...also emailed numerous times but had no reply. Scam site....Will be taking this further and getting my 3 grand. Lowest of the low. DO NOT USE!

Unfortunately, I have very similar experience as many others - can't withdraw money as they are sending an email saying that there was a technical issue. They keep sending many emails and text messages with so called bonuses and asking you to join them on Telegram, but at the end all the money is lost as they are using people who keeps playing as a money is returned to gaming account.

Will not let you take you money or withdraw. Even after sending proof they won't verify you. I disputed the transaction with my bank and reported them as fraud.

imposable to make a withdrawal no verification is accepted multiple times. Also limit on min and max you can (if possible) withdraw. And despite trying to close account still receive phone calls and text messages feels lie harassment

As if you go back into golden land on live casino the statistics become totally different.

Took money and went

I had a terrible experience with this casino. I won about €1,400 and tried to withdraw, but they kept canceling my withdrawals with excuses like “system error.” At first, the maximum withdrawal was limited to €400, and every attempt was canceled. They even asked me to upload a new payment method, which I did, and after verification, I tried again. Same problem — canceled due to “system issues.” This went on multiple times over several days. It feels like they just don’t want to pay players. Very untrustworthy. Stay away from this casino. Even after the manager called me, nothing was resolved. This place is a scam. Do yourself a favor and play somewhere else.

There make you think they’re going to process it as quick as possible but yet again 36 hours down the line to be declined they lie and say it’s a bank issue contacted bank they said they would not decline a incoming payment they do this for you to spend the winnings so they do not have to pay out this is now the 4th time trying to withdraw for it to be declined

I got my money, the reason I gave it 4**** stars is you can't withdraw anymore then 400 euros at a time and each time they take a massive chunk off and you also pay a tip each time, from 400 eur to £345.59 plus the £10 tip so from 1000 Eur I actually only got about £720, also they don't tell you that you have to wager £900 before you can withdraw anything, luckily I got lucky i only put £20 but get out while you can once I'd had my big win I ended up putting 500eur back in and didn't get more then 3 scatters so I stopped and withdrew, worth a shot but a bit of a ball ache lol

Very bad stay away they don’t let you withdraw your winnings always say you need to verify after I have already been verified then speak to support they confirm it’s verified so I do another request wait 36 hours to be told it’s rejected again stay away stay away!!!!!!!

Disgusting will not pay out on winnings unless you have a Mastercard and jump through 10000s of hoops. Please do not play as they do not like to pay !!!!

You win money they take it from your balance and come up with any excuse they can not to give you it.
No restrictions, no bonus active
But they still won’t pay out
It’s a blessing … as I will never use them again
