Get constant harassing phone calls from these jokers. I’ve asked them several times to stop calling me and they just start arguing with me. Very unprofessional.

Absolute joke
Absolute joke. I have an addiction right now so it's always nice to to be able to withdraw when I win something.
Unfortunately, you can only withdraw £150-£400 which is absolutely bullshit. I mean who even comes up with this garbage?
I deposited £60 and managed to get it back up to £70 so thought okay I'll withdraw it. To then find out I can't.
I slammed it all on £2 spins just to get rid of it because what's the actual point?
Deleted and won't see me again.

I asked them to close my account on the 6th April they replied it would take affect within an hour, next day my account still live!! I ended up gambling another £60 that I cannot afford, went on chat who said they had no recollection of my request luckly I had screenshot the conversion and attached it to the conversion, no apologies given and then they closed my account an hour later, I've requested a refund and guess what? Nobody has replied.

Read before you play
Right I am seeing all these fake fixed reviews
Firstly you have to look for all these verification side of things as you don’t get any emails saying verify.
Secondly you must win over 150 to withdraw your money which is outrageous because if you play like £20 and win 50-140 you won’t be able to withdraw your money so meaning you have to spend more money to withdraw it and it’s wrong
Thirdly talking to an agent with all this BS and then not accepting my verification and the fact they work of a script is just shocking customer service .
Also lottery wins , you have won lottery tickets with a guaranteed win already ,
Hmm so where’s my prize there’s be 6 draws and still no prize ,
Last last last point , tip your account manager , like seriously
Games are good but everything else is just so crappy
