I agree with the bad reviews here. Ordered shoes, they never arrived and I still have not gotten the shoes nor my money back. The customer service was responsive in the beginning but then started ignoring my emails.

This started in January 2024 and has been going on for months - I kept on messaging but now there is silence.

DO NOT BUY

Was expecting a pair of leather Italian boots, they arrived and looked nothing like the web images, no size labels on the box or shoes at least 2 sizes too small! Not real leather at all! Avoid at all costs, I didn’t bother sending them back at my own cost as I saw the reviews after. It’s a scam, they delete all their comments on social media so you’d never know.

A scam. Order, get a poor quality product and your money is gone. The Cloton Limited company where to ship goods back (at your own cost) does not exist but is a London based enity owned by a Latvian company.
DO NOT BUY AT ALL COSTS!!

ordered a dress which was low quality and didnt properly fit. when i tried to return the dress (to italy) Iit was refused by the recipient so it was sent back. They havent responded to emails ever since, meaning i've lost the money i paid for the dress + the heafty fee to return it. dont bother ordering here.

Just got my new accessories from Vesta Minimal and I'm in love. The quality is top-notch and everything arrived so quickly. The support team was also super friendly and helpful throughout the process.

My experience with Vesta Minimal was great. The blouse I ordered is stunning and very well made. It arrived quickly and their support team was very efficient in handling my queries.

Vesta Minimal is my new favorite store for fashion. The top I bought fits perfectly and the fabric is so soft. Shipping was super fast and their support team was really nice when I needed help.

I recently bought a dress from Vesta Minimal and I love it! The quality is amazing and it arrived so fast. The customer service team was super helpful when I had a question about sizing. Definitely shopping here again!

Fraud!!
Ordered the shoes, my card was charged. Tracking number never appeared and I'm not sure if my items were lost during shipping or were not even shipped to begin with. Emailed back and forth with the customer service and every time I was promised a resolution "within 24-48 hours". Never happened. Lost significant amount of money. Do not repeat my mistake!

Totaal niet te vertrouwen ik heb een aantal maanden geleden mijn pakket retour verzonden, maar nog steeds geen geld terug gekregen. Ze komen iedere keer opnieuw met een ander excuus.

I've recently brought some dresses in different sizes with a view to sending them back and keeping the correct size that fits. The email address I've emailed several times and not had a reply as to where to send returns to? Does anyone know please?

I recently purchased a few accessories from Vesta Minimal, and I'm thrilled with my purchase! They offer a great selection of versatile and trendy pieces that complement any outfit. The quality is top-notch, and I've received so many compliments. Highly recommend checking out their accessories!

I had a minor issue with my order, but the customer service team at Vesta Minimal went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased two dresses from Vesta Minimal, and I am absolutely in love! The quality of the fabric is superb, and the fit is perfect. I received so many compliments when I wore them out. Can't wait to shop here again!

Not even worth one star.

Ordered some boots in December, the production of it was cheap and ugly done. Asked to return but wasn’t possible as stating in the terms and conditions. If they weren’t cheaply made I would’ve kept them, but this was just ugly and faulty. Spent weeks emailing back and forth and finally could return them. They received them in the first week of February. Takes up to 10 business days to receive refund, did not receive it and it would again take 5-10 business days. And again and again. 20th of April and still haven’t received my refund but they got the boots. So bad! Not even responding to my emails anymore.

Truffa! Non comprare da questo sito. Attenzione! Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe di scarsissima qualità, plastica pura. Ho fatto il reso ma non mi è mai arrivato il rimborso. State attenti!!!!!!!!!!

Fraud! Never buy on this website. I’ve returned my item 2 months ago but still haven’t received the money back after 10 emails.
At the beginning they answered they would talk with the person responsible for that and then they just stopped answering my emails. Worst website

Its fraud! I ordered one kind of boots and payed 130eur and I got something all different and plastic! I contacted then and all they say I have to consult my team.. about what??
They sent something from aliexpress for 10usd! Scam!
Dont buy anything from them
