I ordered two Army Armor caps and I have to say I am quite impressed with the fit and quality stitching of the caps!

All in all smooth. Grey area is in updated tracking info at VS’s site. Either USPS isn’t providing the updated status or the sites dB is not updating. My wife has USPS app but silly me didn’t check the TN# with her because Shipper Name/Return Name did MATCH (didn’t state fm Veteranstitch). Kinda needs this information. All in all I’m happy arrived early and they look great. FYI, Having an AI generated response based on what I sent is fine, however, doesn’t mean that actual people are notified of discrepancy. It’s a way for things to fall thru the cracks.

Embroidery of unit symbol poor. Stitching on bottom rim of hat left a bulge. Poor qulaity.

Exactly as ordered, with every detail exactly as wanted. My motto perfect, my name corrrectly spelled, and stitching skillfully done. Couldn’t be more pleased.

1st issue, it took a very long time to arrive, 2nd issue, ive replaced my 82nd Airborne cap 2 times a year for the last 5 years and this is without a doubt the ugliest low budget cheap piece of garbage I've ever received. 3rd issue was packaging, the cap was just wadded up and literally stuffed in a small plastic bag. Third issue is my biggest issue and that is it was made in China. I do not recomend this scamming company and I will be taking this hat to show around the Legion and VFW so hopefully no other veteran gets scammed by these people

Ordered two caps. One was correct and one was wrong. The mistake was on me.
Vinci was respectful and nice.
He got me a new cap asap.
Recommend Vinci for anything.

I opened 4 customer service tickets concerning incorrect embroidery and have not received any response.

I ordered and received the hat, however, it took quite a long time to get here and instead of saying NAVY, it was emblazoned with ARMY. I have sent a couple of e-mails in hopes of getting it replaced /exchanged or even reimbursed, so far no response. I thought the price was fair, I think the quality of the product was good for the price, but apparently there is no quality assurance in the place if they are letting products leave embroidered wrong.

Ordered a cap that was featured on their advertisement and received a cap that doesn’t even look the same! I contacted their support a month ago, still no response! Be leery of this outfit folks! I’m not sure if these caps are made in USA.

Item is not the same quality as you will see pictured in advertisements, especially the emblems. Wish I could upload a picture to show what quality was received.

I received my order in about three weeks. Quality was ok but the word “Retired” was missing from the cap bill. I notified Veteran Stitch and customer service said they would get right on it and get it to me with the added wording on the bill. Numerous emails and a customer service ticket over several months failed to get this resolved. Apparently they are ok with very poor customer service after failed quality controls. Would never order again. Don’t make promises you never intend to keep.

Ordered hats nearly two months ago. I have sent multiple emails with zero response. Trusted him as a Veteran, I am very disappointed!

The quality onf the hat was below par. The logo on front was not readable, the front logo was crooked and the name was on the side not the back. I will not order again nor recommend anyone to buy your product.

The hat arrived and it is beautiful and of high quality. However there is one problem it is not how I ordered it the years of service for my 93 year old Father should have been 1951-1955 the hat read 1972-1975. It’s now been three weeks. I’ve put in two support tickets and one customer support email and haven’t heard anything from the company until this request for a review.

I liked the idea of embroidery but my Vietnam came out crooked. Plus I thought I was getting the gold stuff on the bill plus the word Veteran. Nope, didn't.

I love what Veteran Stitch is doing and I love the variety of products. Three of the four-custom stitched hats that I purchased look great. Not fully satisfied with the "red" hat. The color is a lot lighter than I anticipated. Although I haven't worn the red hat, I can tell you that the dye for the blue hat comes off on your head and fingers. I would buy again.

My husband loved the hat. It took awhile to get, but it did get here before Christmas. My only negative about the hat is that the front patch was ironed on and the heat was too hot and it melted the patch threads.
