Vetloom sent me mistaken order over 3 weeks ago.Since that moment I have been sending emails asking them to send me what I ordered and paid for . NO RESPONSE FROM THEM.So what you read on their web site that mistakes are cordected fast IS NOT TRUE.
I am very dissappointed with their customer service and do not reccommend it

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I ordered 2 units of PALLADIA 50MG (order #187592) and paid 659.80 €, but received only 1 unit in the package. I contacted customer support immediately and after a long exchange of messages, they admitted that it was their mistake and confirmed that I should receive a refund of approximately 330 € for the missing unit.

However, despite multiple promises that the refund would be processed “today” and that I would receive confirmation by email, I have not received any refund or official confirmation.

What is even more concerning is that they have now stopped responding to my emails.

This situation is completely unacceptable — taking money for products not delivered and then delaying or ignoring the refund process is not professional and raises serious concerns about this company.

I strongly advise others to be very careful when ordering from this website.

Mi servo regolarmente da vetloom per acquistare l'insulina iniettabile per il mio cane diabetico.
L'insulina arriva nel giro di una settimana, in contenitore termico pieno di ghiaccio intatto, rispettando la catena del freddo necessaria per il farmaco. Bravi

Door de vele negatieve reviews was ik wat aarzelend om een bestelling te plaatsten. Uiteindelijk toch gedaan en ik ben erg tevreden.
Per mail werd ik goed geïnformeerd over de status van de bestelling en de bezorging. De bezorging was ook sneller dan verwacht. Kortom, ik bestel hier een volgende keer weer.

Ich habe am 18.02.26 das erste Mal bei Vetloom bestellt. Vetmedin 5 mg 100 Stück. Ein Herzmedikament für meinen Hund. Das Medikament wurde am 02.03.26 geliefert. Ich habe die Verpackung geöffnet, da mir die Dose sehr klein vorkam und war zuerst irritiert, da es Kapseln waren und keine Tabletten wie ich es sonst kannte. Nach Recherche habe ich erfahren, daß es dieses Medikament auch in Kapseln gibt. Soweit o.k. Danach habe ich auf das Haltbarkeitsdatum gesehen und da stand 03/2026 !!!
Ich habe danach einige Male Vetloom per WhatsApp kontaktiert und meine Verärgerung mitgeteilt, daß mir ein nahezu abgelaufenes Medikament zugesandt wurde. Mir wurde angeboten, daß ich das Medikament zurücksenden kann. Da ich die Dose jedoch bereits geöffnet hatte war allerdings eine Rücksendung ausgeschlossen. Am 06.03.26 wurde mir dann ein Rabatt von 50% gewährt. Ich hoffe, daß sich dies nicht wiederholt und es nur ein holpriger Start war. Ich werde hier wieder bestellen und vorab nachfragen wie lange das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum ist, damit ich es auch schriftlich habe und nach Erhalt erstmal das Haltbarkeitsdatum prüfen.

I have done already two purchases from this store and the product was delivered both times without any issues. They have informed on their website the estimation of sending time for products and I got both times delivery company confirmation of the order being on its way to me and very good follow up on the progress of it. Zero issues, right product both times and delivery in a very decent time.

Très satisfaite du site , prix très intéressant, paiement sécurisé , possibilité de paiement en plusieurs fois et envoi très rapide . Je commande régulièrement le traitement pour mon chien .De plus très réactif on peut les contacter avec WhatsApp.
Je recommande ce site à 100 pour cent .
