Since the takeover from pets choice service and product disappointing
My dog is 12 yrs old been on vets kitchen since he was 2 yrs old
He is on the pork food as he’s got a poultry and grain intolerance
Just recently end December I opened a bag that had hair in it which maybe oat husks which is a grain
So complained and got a free bag then opened the free bag and there’s very small light kibble when I say small it’s either cat or toy breed and lighter than pork food so could be chicken or turkey who knows??
So now I have to check it before giving it to my dog 🤦🏽‍♀️
It’s ridiculous 🤯
Ps I have to check his food he’s got a poultry and grain intolerance so on sensitive range pork just to clear up any confusion

I have not received my order yet and have had no email to say it’s even on its way ……….. I’m not impressed

Been giving my dogs the senior dog food for years and has kept all my dogs fit and active into their golden years. Would highly recommend it.

Easy to order and quick delivery

My dog has been eating vets kitchen dried dog food for some years. Delivery of my order was super quick. Unfortunately I cannot find the 1kg packets in my local supermarket.

Vets kitchen never fails to deliver, A comprehensive selection of dog foods, wet and dry...Food is excellent quality and my dogs love it.

Very quick and easy from start to finish

My dog enjoys his biscuits (a fussy eater & a delicate tummy which is more settled) & the delivery is quick however the website isn't as easy to use as it used to be when managing your subscription. I wanted to move dates but ended up cancelling my subscription, when previously I easily changed delivery dates. Maybe it is just me?

The price was almost as dear as the postage

Since June when Vets Kitchen was bought I have had problems with my regular subscription for dog food and supplements. One product after another has not been available. I have now found a reliable alternative supplier whose food and supplements are just as good and made in the UK. I still get kibble from Vets Kitchen because it suits the dogs and i like what it is made from If it is not available I can get a good alternative. This month the joints supplement was not available my new supplier has sent me their alternative to try free of charge with my monthly subscription. Huge difference in service between the two suppliers

Good service

I've used the digestive supplement for my dog for around 3 years, and it really is excellent. He used to get occasional gastric upsets, but these have virtually disappeared.
Now buying direct from the company on a subscription, they were very helpful when I made a mistake with my order.
The subscription can be tailored to your needs, as in you don't need to take products every month, which is good.
