Shipping has been atrocious this year! I have made 3 orders and all have taken an extra week to arrive. One item showed up damaged. It has taken over a week of dealing with customer service for it to be somewhat reconciled. They first offered me a $20 coupon, then a $50 coupon, then a $100 coupon, then they eventually have stated that I will be receiving a full refund. But are still not fixing the broken item or replacing it! I gave in from being tired of emailing back and forth numerous times, all while receiving generic AI emails asking me to be patient. Absolute waste of time trying to deal with returning items or arguing with AI bots sending the same emails over and over!

I am very happy to have found Vevor for silkscreen printing supplies. I purchased metal frame mesh screens and a press. The products are great and the prices too. Shipping, insurance and delivery was very good. I will definitely purchase more products from Vevor.

Do not buy there. Customer service not good. They have not respond to my request to return a product. Be careful

I am very pleased with the many products that I have purchased over the past couple of years. I am also pleased with the prompt delivery, and their quick response to any warranty issues. My only complaint that has not been resolved, and seems to be ignored, is that the electrical appliances and equipment is not compliant with Canadian Safety regulations and Ontario Electrical Codes. This can allow insurance claims to be denied, in the case of a fire, death or injury, due to electrical cause. I have personally dismantled various of these products and have found that they are of the highest quality and the electrical actually meets the Ontario codes. I am disappointed and can`t understand why Vevor does not submit their products to the proper Canadian agencies for approval

My order had a fast response and I received the items on time.

I purchased a pool pump from this company and had no issues until the spring of the following year( 11 months old) I reached out to them for assistance with trouble shooting a connection problem. Received a generic email response and have yet to actually receive help with this unit. Overall the pump works great but once they have your money for your initial purchase, customer service is not going happen. I need a replacement and was told they don't sell individual parts. They have basically ghosted me on my follow up email when I asked for help or solution for this issue.

I’ve bought at least 20 items from VEVOR over the past few years and have always been very happy with the quality of their products, the speed of their delivery and the price point of their products. Will definitely continue to buy from them especially with their ever expanding range.

Very bad customer service. I bought a 16-inch concrete saw from this company and used it for only about 30 minutes before it stopped working completely.

I tried contacting the company for support, but there is no customer service phone number available — they only communicate by email. I sent an email over a week ago, and they replied saying it would take 2 business days to get an answer. Since then, I have been sending follow-up emails every day, and nobody has answered or helped me.

Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

Quick deliveries and a decent price

Opened a new purchased trampoline to put together and upon opening the brand new box and attempting to assemble realize the company included hardware that isn’t made for this trampoline. T connectors are too small and without them cannot connect t the frame or the legs

Reached out to the company for a remedy and was told they won’t help.
So now I have an expensive trampoline I cannot put together. No remedies for incorrect parts or even an option to purchase the appropriate parts. Customer service was instantly dismissive.

Merely want a remedy for parts for the T connectors so I can put the trampoline together

The parts arrived soon after ordering! Must comment on the lack of nuts accompanying the brakes. Otherwise very satisfied with the service.

Although we have not yet opened the package, the he purchasing process was excellent with prompt and concise communications, and very quick delivery.

If you want to return something Goodluck no customer service just chat on computer they don't take refunds even though it's advertise on there site and they just credit 1/4 of what you paid beware st all cost better to buy threw amazon so you can return easily terrible customer service
