UPDATE : after writing my original review, the company refunded my product. There is not a real person or phone number, their customer service is email only.. I don't think that you should have to write a negative review (I did this after the 6th email telling me they appreciate my patience while they work on my request) to get your issue resolved. If it states "free returns" on the website.. don't make people jump through hoops to do so.

I ordered 2 railings to be installed. Size says fits 1-3 steps. One was too long and went too far into the room. I ordered the correct size and then asked for a return label. Vevor keeps saying they are trying to resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY fro this company.. It says free returns but they won't tell you or accept the returns. I've had 5 emails..they still say they are trying to resolve the issue.. Total BS

WARNING: Do NOT order from Vevor if you expect any accountability when things go wrong. My $160 order arrived in pieces — completely destroyed by shipping and 100% unusable. I provided photos and asked for a replacement. Instead of making it right, they slow-walked their responses and opened with a $48 offer. After exhausting back-and-forth, they've grudgingly increased it to $96 — still only half of what I paid for something I never got to use. This is not a company that stands behind its products. Avoid.

Impressed with the product. Instructions are not good. The drive spindle moves and you have to push them flush with the end of the tubes.

For the price, unbeatable.

There was no 4.5 so 4 is what I give. With one exception, everything I've ordered, was heavier and better built than I was expecting. Doing the job without you wondering if it would last till the end. The packaging, though well done, can barely survive the shipping. The exception? Their cutting plotters are extremely light weight compared to commercial units. Fine for occasional hobby use but wouldn't survive long in a sign shop.

Product is very poor. Bought as a guest and paid through paypal. No order number was sent to me. No updates on delivery. I guess because I didn't make an account. Now I can't chat with them or write a product review or ask for a refund/ send the item back. I bought a walk behind drop spreader. I had a drop spreader by Scott's fertilizer company. Worked great for about 30 years. The axle finally seized up. I couldn't find another by Scott's and didn't want a broadcast spreader. This one vevor looked ok. Well it's very stiff to push, and because the rest bar on the bottom is in not designed correctly, you don't really push forward, you push up more. So the least bit of resistance you hit in the grass, the unit stops and you go over the push bar. The unit is extremely hard to regulate properly. It took more than half a dozen times to get it close. Scott's spreaders are dialed in to setting on their bag of fertilizer. If I can't send it back it's going in a yard sale.
