V.GAN is now one of the most beloved multi-category lifestyle brands in the vegan community. Our entire range of products are "unconditionally vegan" and workers in our vegan approved factories are protected by employment and safety laws. We are an animal and human friendly company. You do not need to be a vegan to enjoy our PETA approved vegan offerings. In fact, the majority of our customers are simply trying their best to live a cruelty-free lifestyle. You can be certain that anything you add to your wardrobe, home, or beauty regimen is in fact vegan.

Great Vegan shoes!

Really happy with my Women’s Taro shoes- super comfy on the first couple wears. They arrived quickly and packaged nicely.
I’ve already recommended them to a friend who had bought a pair too!

Lost return and won't refund

Bought some mule type shoes from them in September, when they arrived they were too small, sent back using the enclosed returns label via Royal Mail tracked delivery, V.GAN are saying they never received them and Royal Mail are saying they delivered them. Neither will take responsibility or give me my money back so I am down £50 plus the cost of the tracked return! I have to say I'm not impressed and won't be buying from them again

Great style in every detail

Great style, they look terrific in every detail including the beautiful lining. Solid design with practical soles for walking and gripping.

I would have appreciated a notice during checkout that I would have to pay import taxes (they were quite high). But not a big deal

Good quality

Good quality, lets see how long they last. The previous pair was flimsy, soles broke within a few months of use. I returned them and received a refund, which I feel was fair.

Luxurious and Animal Friendly

I love the range of what V.GAN has curated. So many lovely things that align with my values. And the service level is great - excellent shipping and customer service. Definitely my new go to webstore for 2026!

Very well made, comfortable boots

Very well made, comfortable boots. I have quite wide feet & was worried the boots would be too narrow for me. They fit perfectly & I hope they last because they're great.
