These Vi-Shift glasses are JUNK! I've seen better built glasses at the Dollar Tree! They're made of a very cheap plastic. And the "case" that they throw in without your approval is OMG ridiculously CHEAP plastic. I read reviews where they expect you to pay return shipping. Well I sent them an email telling them I refuse to pay return shipping. They charged me $53.39 for 2 pairs that I didn't order. They offered me $14.99. I said "you must be out of your mind." I threatened to sue them. I got refunded $53.39 right away. And my follow up email asking them how to return them went unanswered. They don't even want their garbage back. I hope that everyone who falls for their spiel COMPLAINS!!!

Flimsy feel, not able to adjust views to help me. I've tried returning but they won't send me the return info and now it's past the due date for returning so I'm out $70 for 2 pair and this woman Elaine is a rip-off artist. Stay far away from this product and this person.

My husband ordered two pairs and got ripped off. They are total junk. They do not work and they are very flimsy. Don’t bother wasting your money on these glasses. It is a scam. I will stick with the dollar store glasses. At least I know they will work and last a long time.

This product is useless. Does NOT work as described, or really at all. Even if it worked, the product quality would probably give them a week or less life. These should be illegal to offer & I would assume that the advertising does break several laws. I will never order anything again sight unseen on the internet. Thats how bad this product is. Also they do not offer full refund. 15% restock + both ways shipping.

I did not like these glasses. Total waste of money and they will not accept return. Company does not stand behind their product.

First of all there was never a mention of a shipping fee until after I had pressed the purchase button. then my order went up by $10. I immediately tried to cancel the order and did not hear back from customer service for 3 days at which point they told me it had already shipped. It had not. In fact it did not ship for several more days because I was continually checking the tracking. Then it took over two weeks to get to me in Tennessee from New Jersey. Then when they showed up the glasses are absolute garbage. Completely unusable. The lenses themselves we're not fabricated correctly and there's no way to put them in focus anywhere. When I tried to get a refund they said there was a 15% restocking fee but for some reason they only gave me back $25 out of the 40$ I spent. So apparently they can't do math either

Glasses are terrible! They will give you 50% off to keep them. Otherwise, to mail them back you have to pay a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost.

I received a pair of these glasses for Christmas. What a complete scam and joke. they are cheap plastic and seeing through them is like looking through wavy water. distortions everywhere. I could not find a focus point anywhere. Complete trash if you ask me

This is the most terrible company they are a Scam company don't go look at their product because they place order and you don't even push place order and they take money right away. I contacted them within in 15 minutes told them I didn't place this order. I get email saying they refunded all my money and an id # on 12/22/25 No refund so on 12/27/25 I contact them again and get an email again saying we refunded your money and now different id #. So I send email questioning this and they email again yesterday 12/29/25 and tell me again full order has been refunded well I still do not have refund. And now today this Spendle says they delivered package to me and send picture but no package where they sent picture from. They are a Scam company and they just try and rip people off. I'm contacting Bank 12/30/25 and disputing the 39.94 charge that I keep getting told was refunded and now I'm told it was delivered and it was not.

Terribly cheap product that doesn't even work Might as well throw $40 out window and don't buy for a Christmas gift unless you plan giving as gift in 30 days b/c unlike MOST companies around Christmas time allow extensions....this s***y co doesn't

What unmitigated horseshit! These glasses are awful. I had paid for a case and what came was a plastic cover. Omg. Embarrassing and never again get hoodwinked like this

Product (bought two). Totally ineffective for its intended purpose! Please inform me as to the return process and refund process. I followed instructions for both pairs, neither work as marketed,

Beware. They don't work. even a little. I bought online and not only were they difficult to get a refund (got a partial one and was told to keep them - they didn't want them back) then I started getting emails about a VIP subscription from Vi-Shift - they were trying to charge to my credit card, but my credit card was declining it for $9.95. This is something I did not sign up for. Sounds like a scam subscription added onto the purchase of my glasses that don't work. Our way of guarding against it so they don't sell my credit card information to other scam companies..... which sounds like it would not be below them to do… We immediately called AMEX and got a new credit card so they won't have access to it. Be careful.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This is a complete scam. The checkout process was confusing and I was tricked into buying a second pair to "complete my order." I emailed right away to tell them to cancel one but they said it was too late. I received the glasses and they don't work AT ALL for ANY distance. Called because they say they have a 30 money back guarantee. They tell me that I have to return the glasses for a refund, that it's only for the glasses (not initial shipping) and I have to pay return shipping. When I asked how much that was, they told me I have to go to my local post office and ask them. They offered me a partial refund to be able to not send them back. It was so shady that I had a feeling they would claim they never received them, so I took the small refund they offered over the phone from some call center in India. Don't buy these glasses! I didn't expect much but I thought they would at least offer some magnification. You're better off buying a few pairs of readers for different distances.

Please believe reviews! These glasses are absolutely junk. You might as well throw your money away. Not only that, but you can get NO satisfaction from the seller -- if you can ever make contact with them.

Update: 12/24 Larry Palur: Do not get discouraged on your return. Continue calling till you get through. Do not accept their partial refund mess. They only aim to discourage you. Tell them you want a full refund and believe me, they dont want those glasses back. When you tell them you are gonna report them to FTC and the Better Business Bureau, they will trefund you. But then report them! Be sure to include the actual company name and email they are using (mine was buylumina). Then, I added comments to Facebook ads for Vishift glasses that I found. Hopefully with enough complaints to FTC and BBB, customers will stop being victimized.
Update: Upon receiving these from buylumina.co, I agree with all other 1-star ratings on here. The glasses are poorly constructed and appear to be cheap plastic. No amount of adjusting gets rid of the bluriness; I see better without them. Will be throwing them in the trash. Reurns are as nightmarish as people have described. Multiple calls in which the system hangs up. I had to call 6 times before I got through. They want to charge a significant restocking fee and you're responsible for the shipping. Be firm if returning. I told them about my review plans and honestly thinking of still reportinng to BBB. They gave me a full refund. I wish there was some way their ads could be flagged and removed for fraudulent claims. Advice if you're thinking to buy this product, "Don't do it!" I'm rating the customer support side and purchase experience. I purchased at 7 AM via an online site. The checkout process is very sketchy as I tried to dodge additional purchase options after putting in my credit card information. On the last question it immediately charged me without giving an option to review my cart. The receipt revealed a $19.99 additional charge. The receipt gave 2 order numbers. I called and took quite a bit of time to get through after disconnecting when I would be transferred to a representative. Upon canceling the additional charge, the refund stated "a subscription" had been canceled. I found this odd and found this site with about 37 reviews. I called 2 hours later to cancel the glasses because it felt like a scam. I was informed I couldn't cancel because it was already prepared for shipping. I didn't pay for expedited shipping, so go figure. I wish I'd researched this place and product better. You're definitely transferred to a place like Bangladesh or India for customer service. There were so many foreign accents and voices in the background, that it was extremely distracting. I'll update this post or write a new one once the product arrives.

Horrible. I wish I had read these before purchasing. I tried to return 2 pair. At first they responded and then radio silence. I guess I am stuck with 2 pair of horribly made glasses
