My question / concern wasn't standard so I was directed to a live chat person right away. That was nice so I didn't have to wait.
Abbie --the live chat person-- was very attentive to my question. She gave me the answer I needed and then asked if I needed anything else. Since I didn't our conversation was over.
Abbie was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and caring. She made sure I didn't have any other issues before we ended our conversation.

Richard helped me complete the task (switching to paperless communications) but the website wasn't very clear. Perhaps I should have known it was tucked away in my profile. Now I know. I am very grateful for this extraordinary employee benefit of working for HMH for 32+ years.

Customer Service was very helpful

I was told inaccurate information about what you have to get through Via to qualify for Lilly reimbursement. It is either, medigap/plan G or drug. Representative said both. I copied and pasted from another area on the webpage and she said that is correct. You qualify because you have drug through Via.

The rep today explained Evelyn, explained to me everything that I had asked the last rep in a shorter time frame.

I used the chat feature in the Via website after attempting to get my question answered via a help ticket to no avail. Wait time on chat was 16 minutes. Once connected, Rene had the answer to my question. She was professional, knowledgeable and our entire encounter maybe took 5 minutes.

Timely, accurate information

Your website says that loading an EOB for a reimbursement is all that is necessary as the system willl fill out the necessary information. I uploaded an EOB and the web site asjed me to fill in all the data manually. Fix the site. Also, the reimburement page has an incorrect date for 2025 expenses./

After going through the mandatory chat bot, I was able to chat with a human and my question was answered within minutes. Great job!
