The person I spoke with today was Mayra via Chat. She listened to what my issue was and was able to resolve it quickly. I have always had good interaction with Via Benefits,

The agent was able to answer and explain the question I had.

Agent was very helpful. explained everything and was efficient.

My retirement benefits didn't get started on the right date and Via customer service committed to fixing it - and they did. Took a couple weeks and conversations with back office team, but they persisted and made the appropriate correction. One doesn't often see follow through in customer support anymore, so I am very happy with their service.

It just took a short time for my questions to be answered and I got the answer I was asking for,

The Website is easy to use and navigate making it easy to find the information I need. Today, I worked with an associate who was very patient and answered all my questions.

We resolved an issue by going through all the payments and amounts thus far. It was clear based on what I was being shown. Aalysa did a great job making it easy for me to understand

So far not great. Had issues with website that took 4 calls and 3 help desk tickets to resolve. Taking forever to get reimbursed for premium payment. Contacted Kevin the head of via benefits, no response from him 🤔

I had a question regarding the coverage of prescription medication. I chatted with Juan, who was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous and walked me through the website so that I could find the information I was seeking. Thank you so much, Juan ! You alleviated a great deal of anxiety !

I attempted unsuccessfully to check eligibility by clicking on eligibility promp but it didn’t connect. I then used the option to chat with live person and that response was quick, accurate and friendly. “Evelyn” was able to provide the information I was seeking. Via benefits in general has been overall very efficient for my husband and myself.

This company manages my HRA account as to qualifying payments with my retirement debit card for medical expenses such as doctor fees, co-pays and dental expenses. At 71 years of age, I have never seen any company so poorly managed and operated, having dealt with them for about three years now. One month they will accept identical documentation for qualification, and the next they will declare the same documentation as invalid. Getting these people to qualify an expense is like pulling teeth with a pair of pliers. Somebody needs to investigate these clowns.

The chat person Evelyn was quick to answer my questions, check my account and give me good feedback as to what to do with the mistake I had made.
Also, the chat robot was quick to pass me on to a real person chat. I was pleased with the whole interaction.

I found the website for Via Benefits sort of mushy. So went the route of asking questions. The AI attendant not so good, so Abbie came to help. I really appreciate the human touch.
