Wir benötigten kurzfristig einen Leihwagen und wurden sehr umständlich, viel zu teuer und langwierig bedient. Rückzahlung der Kaution dauerte länger als 8 Tage!

L'agenzia mi ha provveduto con un'altra macchina superiore alla quella prenotata.
Il servizio di navetta è stato fatto dentro i tempi accettabili.

Ha sido una absoluta estafa, nos han cobrado más de 800 euros por daños que ya estaban en el coche previamente. Cuidado! Si a pesar de todo queréis seguir adelante con el alquiler haced fotos de absolutamente todo y especialmente debajo del coche que es donde buscan la trampa; en nuestra foto se veía un poco el daño pero no completo y por eso nos han cobrado el dinero. 800 euros por un arañazo y por un daño que estaba antes....es un robo

I received a great service from the company.
After some uncertainty - which arose after arriving at the airport (Palermo) because it was not clear how to pick up the car - after a smooth process we received the requested car (which was even better equipped than requested). The age, technical condition, and cleanliness of the car were excellent. There were no further disruptions during the drop-off, so I was able to drop off the car really easily and quickly.
I recommend the company!

Auto diversa da quella prenotata ma nella stessa fascia, personale molto gentile e preciso, forse il fatto di dover necessariamente avere la carta fisica nel 2025 l'ho trovato un po' anacronistico, detto ciò prezzo qualità da top.

Premetto che non sono abituato a noleggiare auto.
Il noleggio online è stato rapido e chiaro.
Il servizio di consegna/ritiro buono e senza alcun imprevisto, nonostante il deposito sia fuori dall'aeroporto.
Unico difetto: ho scelto un'auto di segnmento intermedio per una migliore comodità in 5 passeggeri, ma ho ricevuto un'auto di segmento inferiore, il cui prezzo era inferiore, e per la quale non mi è stato proposto uno sconto.
Migliorabile anche la procedura di check-in online.
Esperienza positiva: consiglio questo noleggio.

We booked a Skoda Kamiq specifically to have enough room for our luggage, but when we arrived we were given a Toyota Yaris T-Cross. A significantly smaller car and according to me not in the same size category at all.

When asked if they had a car closer in size to the Kamiq, they said no. They also admitted they don’t even have Skoda Kamiq in their fleet. Then why list it as a reference vehicle during the booking?

The car we received was dirty on the outside. Inside a light in the back seat was hanging loose, only held up by the wire. When I asked about it, they just said “that’s how it is whit this model"

During the trip, we emailed them to ask if we could return the car one hour later than scheduled. We got no response, so we called. Without even asking which booking it was, they told us the car was already rented to someone else. When I asked how they could know that without knowing our booking details, I was just told “that’s the way it is” and that we couldn’t return the car later.

When I questioned this the agent raised their voice and almost shouted at me. Saying I must respect the contract and that if we were even one hour late, we would have to pay “the full penalty fee”.

All in all, a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend Viaggiare to anyone – go with another rental company if you want reliability, professionalism and a stress-free rental experience.

Puntualità, professionalità e personale splendido.

Vehicle was in good condition and well equipped (incl apple CarPlay & android auto).
What we did not like was that they had no booster seats available. It was not their fault that the booking agency did not forward that info, but to have a few booster seats on stock would require almost no space and saved us a lot of effort and money.

All good, uncomplicated. Very nice car and friendly staff.

Auto perfetta, servizio di consegna e restituzione veloce. Servizio navetta veloce. Aeroporto a 10 minuti dal parcheggio del noleggio. Tutto perfetto. Grazie!
