La versión de Estados Unidos a diferencia de otros países te permite recibir los boletos de forma instantánea y eso me generó muchísima confianza.

Ticket purchase experience was quick, easy to use, and tickets were delivered without a problem. However, accessibility tickets were difficult to obtain. Only eight total accessibility tickets were available for this event, and none were available on this site. In addition, the seating section for this event was difficult to find. There was no proper signage, rendering concert goers wandering around the streets to find the correct stadium seating. My specific seat had an obstructed view, as the stadium is designed as a soccer stadium rather than a music venue. Tickets to this section should delineate some seats have an obstructed view. In future, it would be wonderful to see inclusivity in ViaGoGo that includes the availability of more accessibility tickets for those with disabilities.

Estuvo increible, y aun precio realmente accesible. Incluso pude invitar a mi familia, fuimos 4 personas y por fin conocimos por primera vez una suite en la Arena CDMX jajaja

El tema más negativo fue me llegaron los boletos con menos de 2 horas el día del evento y me perdí de todo lo que me prometieron como entrada anticipada, prueba de sonido antes del concierto, acceso a productos iniciales, etc... y lo bueno fue que me pudieron conseguir un lugar en el área "platinum" que es invaluable, por esta situación la califico como regular.

Nunca había comprado en Viagogo, lo hice y toda la experiencia fue fantástica. Recibí mis boletos sin problema, siempre me estuvieron comunicando el status. Muy recomendable

Received my tickets minutes after buying them. Had a great experience there but Viagogo made it easy to choose the tickets. The booking process I loved it with also a preview of the view. Great price I found also.

Completamente decepcionada, compre boletos para concierto de Enhypen grupo de Kpop me informaron que la entrega sería por FEDEX, el mero día me indicaron que hubo problemas con la entrega. El servicio al cliente es solo vía su app y por medio de bot, por lo que no hubo respuestas claras ni resolución de mi compra y boletos, perdí mi dinero y genere una tristeza impagable para mi hija.
