Me mandaron por error dos veces los boletos incorrectos y me contacte para regresarlos y lo hice 4 veces e hice el mismo procedimiento 4 veces y me marcaron como 10 veces para lo mismo y no se concretaba y fue muy molesto

Todo estuvo muy bien, lo único que hay que estar atentos es en las apps donde llegan los boletos y leer detenidamente las indicaciones

I had numerous interactions through your customer service chat, where they tried to help me, but to no avail. It wasn't until one of your service representatives, named Freddy, intervened directly. He took the time and patience to speak with me for several minutes, guiding me step by step and resolving the issues with the FIFA platform. Thanks to him, I was finally able to enjoy the experience. Viagogo is a very reliable company. I need to confess that before my first purchase in 2023 I was afraid. Fortunately I went to a concert and had a great experience without any problem. Now I had sold 4 tickets in the platform and I hope everything goes well (expecting payment after the concerts I won't be able to attend in July). I had also bought a ticket in Mexico to see SOAD. Amazing experience!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Tardaron un poco mis boletos pero al final fue una experiencia increíble

Lo compré 5 horas antes del juego y me llegó el boleto en seguida, entrando sin ningún problema al evento.
