Great interest rates, >= 10%. Platform is simple to use, not overcomplicated. They don't send spam.
Viainvest simply works and delivers what they promise.

Viainvest ist sicher und einfach zu verwenden. Etwa 10 % Rendite pro Jahr, ohne Zahlungsverzögerungen. Ich nutze außerdem Maclear – dort ist die Rendite höher, aber auch das Risiko etwas größer. Eine gute Kombination zur Diversifizierung.

A Viainvest acaba de me devolver o montante de uma transferência que fiz para a minha conta. Alguém sabe por quê? Alguém sabe o que se estará a passar com a empresa?

I have been using Viainvest more than 5 years for now. Platform works perfectly. No issues with deposits, withdraws (obviously they are not so fast as others). Loan interest averages 11-13% which is on the great side of things.
Technically platform is not so "modern" but why broke what works.

Via Invest works great and my comment is about the safety of the online accounts. Via Invest doesn’t have two factor authentication (2FA). More than one year ago as directly to the customer support and they mentioned a 2FA would be implemented soon, and until today nothing was done. I feel they are playing with ‘fire’ by not doing something so simple as this. Love the company, it works great from an investment perspective but I don’t feel safe having me money invested with low protection.

I´ve been using Via Invest for 2 and a half years. In this period í've tried several P2P platforms and Via Invest is one of the few that i will keep using. I wanted a plaftorm that is easy to use, with a lot of choice in investments and ok site experience- it has delivered exactly that. The return total has been 11,4%, but will vary on your investment choices. I read most reviews here and didn´t understand most of them. I have never had a problem with available loans to invest- several countries available. But I have chosen some auto-investment settings that work for me and have never had any significant delay in interest payment- at the moment i have 11 investments with the longest ending in 88 days, without any delayed payments. I withdrew 2 times just to test, without any problems. Some reviewers seem to believe P2P is cheat code for nice interest rates but forget that money isn´t instantly available- that´s inerent to this type of investment. Also some reviewers seem to have trouble using the platform, which i find is very simple to acess and use, but with an outdated look and feel, whick is ok, because i only use it once or twice a month, as i have the auto-investment option turned on, so interests get reinvested. I´ll keep using it if my experience remains similar

The site has been down for days.

The website crashed and malfunctioned for many months. Today it is the worst and I have no access to my account at all. In addition, I got no support from the Viainvest team.

blocked my account for no reason and now charge me fees because i am 'inactive'. pure theft

A día de hoy un completo desastre. Llevo más de un mes con más de un 20 % de la cartera en "pagos en proceso". Parece ser que todo viene de su originador checo. Les escribes para pedir explicaciones y ni contestan. Hay plataformas que no sólo son más rentables sino que dan explicaciones cuando hay que darlas.
Edito: 15 días después la situación es peor. Ya vamos por el 27 % de la cartera en pagos pendientes.
Mucho cuidado ! Ha dejado de ser la plataforma seria que era.

On January 9, I contacted Viainvest to inform them that my mother, who was an investor, had passed away and asked them to tell me how to proceed to be able to change the account in which to deposit the amount invested.

They answered me quickly indicating the documentation that I had to share with them in English (despite being official documents issued by the Government of Spain). After having sent them in English and aknowledging receipt of the documents, and having passed more than a week since that moment, they have not yet resolved the situation despite the fact that it is the last procedure that is pending to carry out the distribution of the inheritance.

For all this, and also as an investor that I am, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Other similar platforms resolved the situation in 24 hours and Viainvest has been 15 days and have not yet resolved.

Postive changes happens since my last rewiev. Currently everything goes smoothly as expected. Keep going!

Told me the KYC verify bug is gone, but it's still the same like before.

Do they even test the website before replying?

Still got no money and no alternative way to identify my identity.

Waiting 9 more days until continuing with my lawyer.

Be aware!!

I wanted to withdraw my money, but the "Verify Identity" button is not working, and I can't verify my identity. They've been feeding me with promises to fix it for weeks and nothing.As a tech person I find it concerning that their tech team can't fix such a simple thing and makes you wonder if it's done on purpose, so my suggestion to everyone, get your money out while you can!

It finally worked!

Totalmente recomendable a día de hoy.
LLevo un año con ellos y todo funciona perfectamente , los retiros de dinero rápidos , el interés está en torno al 12% , más que aceptable , la inversión automática funciona muy bien , casi nunca tienes dinero sin invertir

Finger weg! Die Rendite ist gut, die der Kundenservice jedoch nicht. Es gab es eine Mail, dass wir gekündigt sind. Das Geld würde nach und nach ausgezahlt, neue Investitionen gestoppt. Man will Geld, bekommt man es dann, wird gekündigt. Man bezog sich auch immer auf Mails, die nie angekommen sind. Auf Nachfrage kamen die Mails dann an, komisch....

Ergänzung:Hier antwortet viainvest, man würde sich melden und nach Lösungen suchen. Nichts passiert ‼️Auch auf Nachfrage von mir, keine Reaktion ‼️Sind also wieder, zwei Bestätigung meiner Aussage

Llevo invirtiendo más de cuatro años en esta plataforma y hasta el momento todo ha ido bien, incluso en el periodo más álgido de la pandemia, cuando muchas plataformas de crowdlending empezaron a acumular impagos y retrasos. En momentos de incertidumbre por la pandemia y las guerras de los Balcanes y de Ucrania he sacado grandes cantidades de dinero sin problema ninguno. De las mejores plataformas junto con Mintos y Robocash.
