Debitum another bad experience
Hi all,
I tried to open an ccount with debitum since April 2026. After waiting for nearly 2 months they responded looking for a bit more information and I heard nothing since.
So basically I have been waiting since April to this present day and my case is still pending.
I have decided when debitum do respond to me I will just tell them I am no longer interested and they can close my account.
I also notice a lot of these investment platforms give the same standard response. "It is not personal" and "We are not questioning your integrity"
I am thinking of starting a small group of investors where we can share information about these platforms and update each other about them.
What do people think about this?

Seit November 2023 bin ich in Debitum Investments mit P2P-Krediten investiert. Durchschnittlich über 13 % Zinsen. Keine Ausfälle, solide und zuverlässig wie ein Uhrwerk. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann Debitum aus persönlicher Erfahrung nur empfehlen;
Wenn man sich denn auf das Abenteuer P2P-Kredite mit all seinen Risiken einlassen möchte. Debitum ist für mich ein langfristiges Investment, wenn ich in Rente gehe wird bis auf die Zinsen alles reinvestiert. Die Zinszahlungen sollen dann meine Rente aufbessern.
So etwas ist mit dem Autoinvest und einer mindest Investition von 10.000 € bei Debitum automatisch möglich.

So far, so good. I have been investing in the platform since 2021. The only cons till now is that I have locked 50 euro in war affected loan.

So far nothing but a positive experience for me. I invest on Debitum for about 2.5 years. No issues and whenever I had questions, the customer service always reacted promptly and effectively. I would appreciate more diversification options and a secondary market but undestand those won't be realized overnight.
