Fraudulent company. My server went down and didn't refund my money. He also threatened to sell my activity log records to my Internet Provider.

I like this company and I'm using server for the past 3 years without any issues
They have live support and it was useful for me
good option was hardware raid and write cache for me because I have website and they enabled it for me for free
I'm happy and I hope best for this server provider

i received warnings 2 times
First one was for copyright and they helped me to fix it and delete the links
Second time i received warning for spamming and smtp
They didn't block my access or suspension the server.
They helped me very friendly and we updated the firewall rules. they enable my hardware firewall and set limitation for sending emails per hourly and they sent request to delisting the IP from the blacklist
I have this server for 8 months ane i didn't receive any warnings about spamming and firewall is working well for me
my experience was good because I was worry and they helped me

Ordered in 2021, they sold my email address to others (used viasky @ mydomain.com so only they would've known), the servers I ordered did not have an active internet connection and also had the wrong CPU being the E5-2660 instead of the E5-2680.

Today I received an email from them with a promo code despite having opted out for their "occasional news, information and special offers".

Viasky is a good company that is very friendly to customers and their service is very fast. We will recommend this company to others

ordered VPS for forex
server is ok and online but i don't have snapshot and auto backup

I did pay 37,00€ for server on sale for while ago. Server was running somewhat fine, but when I did start having problems I never ever did get any support. All tickets what I opened I did get only automatic response.

After looking system specs, I did find out that server is having couple generations older CPU what was listed on product page and clock speed was way slower.

Also they scammed me via PayPal button what ended up double payment.

Then I did write the details to ticket and asked refund, when I did not get refund, I opened dispute. Then I did get answer:

"Hello sir,
but your server is delivered,
also you have a paypal case,
so we can not do it for you until you have open paypal case.
kind regards.
Reza"

So they asked me to close dispute to "get" refund xD

So if you order server with Xeon® E5-1660v4 you can get anything. I think they dont even have Xeon® E5-1660v4 on their server, even when they list that on server page.

More than 3 year am using the server from viasky. I honestly recommend to everyone. If you need dedicated and vps server please go with viasky cause they provide the best support and uptime is 99 percent and overall quick support and response.

Scam company!!! Do not ever try to use service from this company.
On 12 Sep 2022, I rent a dedicated server in the USA (the invoice id is #25863). They give me a dedicated server in the Netherlands!!!
Right after, i open a support ticket (#276611), but after 5 working days (today - 17Sep2022), no one support or refund as my request in the ticket (except an acknowledgment response).
I wish i read the reviews on this website before use their service.

Great quality servers, great customer service, and very affordable prices.
No complaints, 100% recommend this company.
