Great Servers and support team is very helpful and fast.

After I paid for a "Cloud dedicated server" I had to wait for one hour to receive it. The first thing I noticed is that my 16 core server has only 14 cores. Well, maybe there are reserved for something, I thought, I have never had "cloud dedicated server" before... I have set up my stuff and noticed that it's running much slower than it should be. I have run sysbench and found out that it's running 2-3 times slower than the CPU should run. I have opened a ticket about this, and after some hours I got an answer that the issue has been fixed. My server had 16 cores but it was still slow. I have opened a ticket again and they again responded that it has been fixed. This has repeated several times, I have always explained in more detail, they always replied the same or similar thing with the same grammar errors. It has been never fixed. I have requested a refund and still waiting for it to this day. I highly recommend staying away from this server provider.

Gave me the wrong credentials
Gave me the wrong credentials. After fixing the credentials, I was given the wrong server.

After given the correct server, I was given the incorrect credentials.

After complaining for a refund I was asked to explain myself multiple times.

Now Im stuck with junk that I can't log into and I can't even get a refund.

stay away, a bunch of scammers. Took my money and wouldn't given me a refund. Their site clearly states 3 days refund no hassle.

They ignored all my messages regarding this matter.

I have found a good company for not only needs, also their support for everything like a family member. They provide excellent services.

the worst company on the market
8 weeks of the same issue... paid for 5 servers and they go down up to 10 times a day so i ask why they are going down and get 0 answers. ok they get them back online and then tell me the main thing is your server is online now then 1 hour later another is down, it has been the same everyday for 8 weeks and still tell me everytime they get a server up it wont happen again
JOKE OF A COMPANY

Wish I read the reviews before joining. Support is incompetent. It's been 3 days and my server is still not ready. Live chat keeps leading me in circles and then when I finally ask for a refund they say its passed their 3 day grace period.. what a joke.

I ran a benchmark test on their VPS and it performed well below 50% of standard rating for that hardware.

Upon hearing this, they gave me a new server but did not give me credentials. After 24 hours, 4 support tickets and dozens of live chat support sessions, I grew tired and requested a refund.

They have a 3 day guaranteed refund policy but that fell through. They ignored all my requests and continued trying to setup my second server to no success.

Stay away. A huge waste of time.

They aren't recommended. I brought a vps seeing their advertisement. They offered free cpanel with it. Every month 3/4 times server was unavailable. I used it for 10 months around because I paid for 1year.

Another thing their Cpanel Licence is cracked. So most of the time I can't access my whm or cpanel. Even now, while I tested my IP cpanel said no licence allotted for my IP. And their customer service response is too slow. Sometimes they take 3/4 days to reply. Then takes again 2 days to solve the issue.

Currently, I had migrated to somewhere else.

Fraudsters - sell a virtual server under the guise of a physical (dedicated server)

I came on this hoster via Google, I searched for an dedicated server in the Netherlands.

I asked on livechat if it is possible to get an BGP session for announcing our subnets, The answer on this was "Yes BGP sessions are possible on all our dedicated servers."

After i ordered the server i created an ticket for the BGP session and the answer i got was that it was not possible.

Also an check on the "dedicated" server:

It was an bad VPS server and not an Dedicated server as they advertised. Tottaly misleading not worth your money.

there is the best one in customer service

had support tell me they would fix issue 7 hours later i ask again...
they tell me sorry support will fix issue 24 hours later

support still did not fix issue o.0

I have been searching for a good VPS and service today I have found one I 100% recommend this company.

Stupid Mistakes....

I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing a "Dedicated Server" from this company they don't even reply to negative responses.

I'm already escalating with this Paypal to get my money back i'll rather have less specs on a dedicated server directly with Hetzner, OVH, Soyoustart and Clouvider then a VPS in which i didn't order with 4 cpu's barely functions. If i wanted a VPS i could of gone with Hetzner and get more specs and performance for a better price.

Do not rent a server from them! They are an absolute scam, they advertised a dedicated server with an Intel Xeon E5-2680v2 (10 cores / 20 threads) on their product page, while the actual service they offered was a VM with shared resources and a Xeon E3-1231v3 (4 cores / 8 threads) which was only allocated a very limited amount of CPU power. Do not get misled by their cheap prices, their product information is a blatant lie.
