I am still waiting for my phone. I rang on 2 occasions and each time was told your system was down. I rang today and was told they would ring me back but that hasn't happened.

Neuware bestellt, aber Ware mit geöffnetem Siegel erhalten. Wahrscheinlich refurbished-Ware.
Auf Nachfrage keine Antwort erhalten. Zwei Wochen schon vergangen.
Verkäufer ist abzulehnen und nicht zu empfehlen.

Got phones off here before was vert happy with them. Couldn't fault them. But bought one last week went to a shop to get screen protector on it to be told the screen protector viberstore put on it was cracked and also screen on phone. Extremely unhappy

Great fast professional purchasing and delivery.The phone when setup Battery power only showing 80% apart from that all else seems in order so far but time will tell.
Also was under impression that the order came with free Airbuds but nothing etc

Had an excellent experience 2 weeks ago with Cian in viberstore. He was hugely helpful as we were purchasing two phones for Christmas and wasn’t sure what was the best one to get! We felt Cian knew what he was talking about and made us feel reassured buying a refurbished phone!!
I would highly recommend this shop for refurbished phones as the value for money was brilliant too. I will 100% be back in the new year.

Good price & service
Good price. Slight delay in delivery as not told colour of phone I chose was not in stock. To be fair, quick call to help line sorted it out. Phone arrived and was as expected so very happy with service.

Samsung Galaxy 24Ultra like new!
Been waiting to get a Galaxy 24Ultra for a decent price for a long time, this phone was like new, everything perfect, delighted with it, and with the extended warranty and extra free gifts it was just a no brainer!!🤷♂️👌
