Aumentano i prezzi ma la qualità diminuisce...

Ho 73 anni. Uso le five fingers da più di 10 anni. Il primo paio l'avevo provato e comprato a Rimini Wellness. Faccio Crossfit e uso le Evo ormai da 5/6 anni. Sono aumentate molto di prezzo e le ultime arrivate la scorsa settimana sono veramente minimaliste. Il modello precedente sempre Evo ( consumato e bucato in corrispondenza degli alluci) aveva le solette, i rinforzi nella tomaia per fare"rope climbing", la linguetta per calzarle ecc.
Le nuove dureranno sicuramente di meno ( pesano 200 grammi di meno) e costano 143 € rispetto alle vecchie che se non mi ricordo male erano costate 80/90 €

Pessimo post-vendita e scorrettezze

Come già scritto nella recensione di qualche giorno fa, sconsiglio vivamente si acquistare da questa azienda per il vergognoso post-vendita. È giusto sapere che, nel caso la taglia di quanto acquistato non forre corretta (capita spesso acquistando online), le spese di restituzione sono a carico di chi acquista e, oltre a ciò, si perdono pure eventuali promozioni maturate con il primo acquisto. È giusto anche puntualizzare che la risposta data dall'azienda dopo la recensione precedente era scorretta, in quanto asseriva di non aver avuto comunicazione delle mie rimostranze, mentre a queste hanno pure risposto con un generico messaggio di come effettuare il reso merce senza invece rispondere al mio reclamo. Un cliente preso e perso al primo acquisto. Pessimi!

Order the wrong size I ordered a size 40 I need a size 41 the shoe was too tight to get on my foot I called in and they gave me a mailing label brought it to the post office and we mailed it out today

Service après vente déplorable !our cette foi

Pour cette fois, j'ai reçu les bonnes chaussures!
La dernière fois, je suis passée par Vibram Italie, j'ai reçu un 38 alors que j'avais commandé un 40 et de la mauvaise couleur !! J'ai renvoyé les chaussures à mes frais et cela fait depuis début janvier que je me bats pour essayer d'être remboursée. Aucun interlocuteur fiable, aucun suivi. A chaque fois on me demande de nouvelles preuves, que j'ai fournies, je reçois des messages automatiques ou des promesses qui ne débouchent sur rien. C'est absolument scandaleux. Je suis une très fidèle cliente de la marque (pour des raisons de santé) et je n'aurais jamais imaginé que le service après vente soit aussi pitoyable !

Vorsicht! Teure Versandkosten und ebenso teure Retoure!!!

Zunächst läuft der Bestellprozess einandfrei, aber die Versandkosten sind happig (15€!!). Wenn man diese Kröte geschluckt und etwas bestellt hat, mit dem Artikel aber nicht 100% zufrieden ist (Passform bei Fivefingers ist enorm wichtig) muss mal für eine Retoure teuren Versand nach Italien aus eigener Tasche zahlen! Bestelle hier nichts mehr, dann lieber beim großen A oder dergleichen...

Return process is painful.

The shopping was great! I can’t do without my Vibrams! The return process is painful though!! I had to order 2 sizes to find my best fit and it is really ridiculous to have to lose $10 in shipping to do that! Still waiting to see if I get my money back for the two I returned…

I love the V-Run …

I have been wearing Five Finger Vibrams for many years. Was very happy to be able to purchase the V-Run in Canadian dollars! They are the best!

Unfortumate the shooes was too small

Unfortumate the shooes was too small. It said in the info that you should order one size smaller than usual, and it ended up too small and can not be used.

My wife is very sorry for this

Misleading product shipping origin

I ordered from the website with the location set to Canada. The product shipped from the US and I was charged a significant customs fee.

It was misleading where the product was from, and if I knew it was coming from the US I would not have ordered it.

El paquete no se entregó en mi casa.

La empresa de paquetería no me entregó el paquete en mi casa y tuve que desplazarme hasta un punto de recogida. El importe de gastos de envío no es barato y aún así no ha llegado a la dirección que puse. Decepcionante y mendaz.

Vibram EU has ZERO customer service

As a vibram customer for more than a decade. I am writing to you to inform all consumers some unfortunate circumstances regarding the below order and with previous vibram orders in the EU and the disconnect between their geographic regions.

Originally, I began boycotting vibram for the last 18 months due a variety of experiences since I moved to Europe ~ 7 years ago. I had some items arrive damaged/poor condition, incorrect products, incorrect size, or web store failing to complete a payment....over the last 18 months, however, I really haven't found a barefoot running shoe that works better for me. So I reluctantly returned hoping for an improved experience. I wish I hadn't.

My order was placed and it initially seemed that there would be no issues. Everything seemed great, automatic confirmation, shipping notices, and delivery success and then

I opened the box to find, not my order, but instead, a completely different product in neon yellow, not my V-Run CNY red/red, though they did get the size right this time.

Okay, sucks, but things happen. Follow up:
Scouring vibram website, I find a place to submit a web form. Only my order number and email address (placed exactly on multiple tries) are not recognized by the system. Next finding a single phone number, that directs me to the office based in US (NY, I think).

While this colleague was helpful and friendly, she quickly explained there is nothing she can do to help me from the US side, except to provide me a number to the office in Italy and a couple of email addresses to reach directly.

Phone call to Italy:
It does not seem to matter what day of the week or what time of the day you call. You will be provided with an automated message in Italian and English, explaining that the operator is not at the phone and to try again later. Then be automatically disconnected. So it seems that is the entire purpose of this phone number.

Emails:
Communicating with e-commerce_at_vibram.com, vibram_at_vibram.com yielded NO fruit.

Every mail communication sent that expressed the systemic problems at the location in Italy was met with a form letter and a DHL discount code that can only be used by phone and the DHL representative claimed this was not accepted.

To recap:
1. Product purchased, money collected, and a package is handed off to the shipping company.

2. Numerous failures to correctly delivered purchased products spanning several years.

3. Complete ignorance to vibram failures or to the customer in any capacity.

4. Vibram Italy provided phone number does not appear to be monitored any time of day or any day of the week.

5. Automated email responses FURTHER the customer inconvenience

6. Failed DHL code will now require me to spend an additional ~60 Euros (on top of the expensive 180 euros for the vibrams)

7. I now have completely zero trust in vibram to provide me with the proper product or to even refund me for the original order or the shipping costs, though I am sure they will take their failure back to the warehouse so they can ship it to another unsuspecting customer and ruin their week.

Ultimately this creates distrust for me with the global company. I understand they may operate largely independent in different geographic regions but this is a major blow to branding.

DO NOT PURCHASE VIBRAMS IN THE EU. EVER. You will receive an incorrect or damaged product and an oblivious customer service process.
