Love vibram, these shoes are great!

I I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received.

These shoes were purchased for me as a Christmas gift in December 2025. In January 2026, I attempted to contact Vibram several times via email, Instagram, and phone because the sizing of the shoes was incorrect. Despite multiple attempts, I did not receive a response until the end of February, which is an unacceptable delay.

During this interaction, I asked whether it would be possible to exchange the shoes for the correct size at one of your UK stores. I was informed this was not possible and that my only option was to return the item for a refund.

What I find particularly frustrating is that I originally paid £20 for delivery, yet when I processed the return, an additional £15 was deducted from my refund for returning the item to a UK warehouse. This means I have effectively paid £35 in delivery and return fees for an item that was only being returned due to sizing issues.

To make matters worse, I have since seen that you no longer charge for delivery, which makes this situation feel even more unfair.

Throughout the entire process, the customer service I experienced was dismissive and unhelpful. Between the long delay in responses and the additional charges, this has been a very disappointing experience with your brand.

I would appreciate a review of this case and clarification as to why these charges were applied, when it was not outlined on your website

In 2014 habe ich in Kananda meine erste zwei Paare Five-Fingers gekauft und seitdem trage ich sie in verschiedenen Ausführungen so oft es im Alltag passt - auf der Strasse und im Büro - und bei Ausflüge in die Natur. Diejenige mit viel Profil gefallen mir in den höheren Lagen besser als Wanderschuhe, ich habe den Eindruck, mehr Halt zu haben und bei nassem Wetter weniger zu rutschen. Die, welche zum Tanzen und Yoga gedacht sind, funktionieren bei mir über Jahren als elegante Schuhe im Alltag, wenn das Wetter das zulässt. Die Sohlen brauchen bei mir viele Jahren, bis sie abgenutzt sind. Ich kann sie also nur empfehlen.

Ich trage Grösse 37.5 und mir passt Grösse 39 am besten, mit Socken getragen würde ich vermutlich Grösse 40 bestellen. Dann hat man vor den Zehen noch etwas Platz. Sie lassen sich wunderbar in der Waschmaschine waschen, ich nutze dafür dann ein Netzsäckchen.

I purchased a pair of V-Soul shoes. Delivery was very quick. The shoes were too big so I had to return them. This process was so easy as well. I did have the shipping deducted from my purchase price and the cost was reasonable. Refund hit my credit card quickly and my new order arrived super quick as well. Fabulous experience.

Il calcolo del prezzo non è trasparente, conosci il costo del trasporto solo quando hai pagato, 15 euro poi per una spedizione in 5 gg è una esagerazione e non fa senso su un prodotto che paghi altrettanto

The package arrived intact. Also, footwear was to size. I do wish the back of the shoe had a hook to assit getting the shoe on.

Somit wurde die falsche Größe bestellt und zusätzliche Kosten verursacht.

I love the v-soul shoes!! I can’t wait for summer to come around now. They fit me like a glove and are so comfortable. Luckily though I ordered a size up because the sizing table on the website is incorrect.

Good customer service, fast delivery. Good prices and sales deals. I needed to return one pair of shoes because they were too big and it was easy proces and money returned.

Amazing shoes! I wear an 8 and I got the 7.5-8 39 and they fit perfect like a glove. Very comfy and stylish 10/10z

It was good but since i am not at home the online shopping tried to re direct my order and my delivery address constantly so i had to constantly re login to get the product I wanted and paid and shipped where I wanted

Ho 73 anni. Uso le five fingers da più di 10 anni. Il primo paio l'avevo provato e comprato a Rimini Wellness. Faccio Crossfit e uso le Evo ormai da 5/6 anni. Sono aumentate molto di prezzo e le ultime arrivate la scorsa settimana sono veramente minimaliste. Il modello precedente sempre Evo ( consumato e bucato in corrispondenza degli alluci) aveva le solette, i rinforzi nella tomaia per fare"rope climbing", la linguetta per calzarle ecc.
Le nuove dureranno sicuramente di meno ( pesano 200 grammi di meno) e costano 143 € rispetto alle vecchie che se non mi ricordo male erano costate 80/90 €
