Lovely food and I ended up keeping the subscription.

Have been ordering Vibrant Vegan regularly for pretty much most of lockdown. We have no vegan takeaways near us, and with social distancing Vibrant Vegan has been a great alternative. The food is always good, and the portion sizes are actually reasonable and healthier than you'd get at most restaurants so it's been invaluable for keeping up with our Friday night takeaway habit without adding to the struggle of keeping off that 'Quarantine 15'. It's also been pretty affordable, three weeks worth of 'fakeaways' for two people cost about the same as one meal out or takeaway from a restaurant and we like that they donate meals to charity for each order. Pretty much no cons, definitely worth a try!

Very nice food and easy to use service. The only thing that is an issue the instructions for getting the packaging back to them for recycling are not clear.

Great tasting food at a really good price. Only tried this out for a week so far, but the food was suprisingly tasty!! Worth a shot and def will buy from VV again.

Food is amazing, delivery & everything reusable and/or recyclable is amazing (though they don't promote this enough). They are the only service I've seen that has high quality, high protein/low sugar meals (again they don't promote this enough), with good nutrition balance. Very very good.

The food is fantastic. It tastes fresh and every meal I have tried has been delicious. Delivery is efficient. Definitely value for money.

Delicious without compromising in goodness and the decider for me was that unlike most of these companies you have the option of not getting tied in to a rolling delivery subscription with them

Really great product and great customer service

Unfortunately the meals were not tasty, and some were almost inedible. I love spicy food, and many of the meals were spicy. However, it was as if the spice had been thrown on rather than incorporated into the meal. I had to add plenty of salt to make the meals palatable which defeats the object of a ready meal. Two of the meals I had which contained ‘meatballs’ went hard and tough after cooking and could not be eaten. One meal was very sweet from the overuse of carrot, another had unpitted green olives which was an unpleasant surprise.

Also, the cooking instructions are not clear enough. Vibrant Vegan’s competitor states whether a meal is best done in the microwave or the oven. The oven times are also less. In Vibrant Vegan’s case, it does not say whether oven or microwave is best for a particular meal. Secondly, even though on the website the meals I ordered said 45 minutes in the oven, on the back of the meal packets each meal took 60 minutes so I almost always opted for the microwave. The results were poor.

Vibrant Vegan’s customer service was excellent and I got a full refund on the meals. Sadly I will not be ordering again from them unless they get a new chef.

Very tasty meals and really decent portion sizes vs calories/fat/carbs/salts etc.

Im not Vegan but often order meals for a friend who lives out with the delivery area - having tried a few different meals, I found them quite a nice 'go to' to have in the freezer especially for working from home and not having the time to spend cooking during the day.

Really tasty and satisfying vegan food at brilliant prices. So quick and easy to be healthy!

I had to chase a few times for a reply but once my messages were picked up, the team helped me out. There was also no fuss or bother when canceing my subscription, as I wasn't able to online.

I had an issue with one of my meals so i called up and it was resolved quickly and smoothly. All the order and delivery information was also timely and accurate, very pleased.
Have also been really impressed with the flavours and portions sizes, id definitely recommend.

Meals delivered on time healthy and taste amazing

Very easy and simple to order online. Plenty of emails to keep you updated. Great selection of vegan meals. One thing I would add is, it would be nice to have more gluten free options. I have coeliac disease so have no choice but to eat gluten free. I like curries but it would also be nice if there were more non curry options. I definitely would recommend vibrant vegan.

Wonderful food, wonderful service, good delivery company. I particularly love how clear it is to view the nutritional breakdown and the number of your 5 a day fruit and veg detailed on their website for each meal so you can plan how to pair the meals to make sure you have a balanced diet each day.

Great tasting food to help keep healthy in a busy lifestyle! Also LOVED the eco packaging and option to return it to be reused which I definitely opted for!

Unfortunately they only deliver to certain areas and cite the delivery company as the reason. Disappointing as there are companies that do deliver frozen food UK wide.

I cancelled mainly because I thought this was something like hello fresh or gusto. I love cooking and this was not ideal for me. The portions aren't quite full meal size and the cooking in the oven was the worst experience I've ever had. Even on the recommended settings it would not defrost. It took over an hour to cook these. The rice I had with one of the recipes was raw and uncooked it was crunchy and made me feel sick.

I would suggest removing this concept as a whole and switching to full cooking service as this has potential however the idea of being vegan is not about quick and easy meal it's the work and the cooking, the process to prepare a meal which does not take an hour to do...

I'm sure I'll be back if the service improves or you change it to more edible foods however till then all the best.
