Firstly, I didn’t like that I was told a day when my food would arrive and then at 5pm that day it was switched to another day without an apology or email to let me know why this had happened.

Secondly, the food was of average quality. I like that they are healthy but I only enjoyed 1 out of 6 meals and I’m not actually that fussy. I just found them a bit bland and boring,

Thirdly, when reordering I found the website to be infuriating to use and I had to cancel my subscription. The pictures of the meals were blurry which made it tricky to choose and swap meals, it was difficult to change the meals and impossible to delete added meals! I tried a number of times before I decided to just give up.

I like the idea of the company and I think they have potential. When compared to other vegan companies doing the same thing-the meals aren’t as good but the prices are more affordable.

They all taste pretty rubbish, and they are surprisingly not that healthy (super high carbs). Positive is great branding which is why I bought it. Recommend all plants instead, tastier and healthier.

Really good on ordering and delivery. But the food quality wasn’t great to be honest.

Food is over spiced and quite frankly unpleasant to eat

We were excited to try this out but were disappointed with the taste of the meals. The dishes that are supposed to have no chilli heat, are too hot for my children. The fact that you are supposed to mix it all up while heating makes it quite unappealing. Also, because you heat it all together, the vegetables are usually overcooked as were the falafels (very hard to cut) in one dish. We will try another 6 meals but are inclined to cancel the subscription afterwards.

Unfortunately the meals don't deliver on flavour. Allplants can be a tad boring with the dishes but flavour is there in spades. Vibrant vegan food is out there but lacks flavour in so many dishes.

Really happy with the choice and reliability. Food tastes fab. Word to the wise - I would rate the spiciness/ hotness of 1 chilli level higher!

Nice food but it wasn’t made clear that when selecting food for 2 people, this wouldn’t be 2 separate portions. My husband and I work different shifts so want food at different times. I literally had to saw the frozen portion in half for 2 meals as you can’t reheat it. Messaged on the fb page and through messenger with no response. Very disappointed.

Vibrant Vegan surprised me in a very good way. Not only do they offer a wide variety of dishes but also provide excellent customer service.
I have tasted 5 of their dishes so far and all of them were excellent in taste and size ( I buy the packages for two). It is easy to prepare and takes my mind of making up meals every day which means that I can spend more time with my son relaxing after work while the meal is in the oven.
The delivery is swift and the meals come in eco friendly packaging which could be returned for free for reuse. Additionally, Vibrant Vegan donates money to a charity making it an even more pleasing experience.
I needed to contact Vibrant Vegan when I made a mistake with my order and the service was swift and clear. I contacted Vibrant Vegan vis email and on the phone and I did not have to wait long for reply and my mistake was rectified in no time.

The meals are lovely. Lots of variety and really handy to have in for days when time is right or motivation is lacking.

Great product! It’s the third and not the last time I’m enjoying a selection of delicious vegan meals by these guys. Made with care, tasty, eco friendly etc great customer service too!
