Doors refund
Many thanks to Stacy in Wakefield office who was both kind and knowledgeable in dealing with my issue's.
She took time to contact other depts to resolve problems with finance and maintainance. ( refund ). Must ask why all monies are made upfront and refund policy is over complicated.

I do not even know where to start. I was called a liar, victim shamed and abused by vico staff all this while battling stage 3 renal cancer and now expected to pay a debt they have admited I should not have. AVIOD AVOID AVOID
