Super Qualität, kulante Abwicklung, schnelle Reparatur, einfache Kommunikation... rundum Gut

Had my swiss champ for 30 years, unfortunately it was damaged when i leant it to someone.
It was old and well used, but also well loved.
I had heard of the Victorinox repair service and contacted them to find out more.
I sent my knife and it was roughly around two weeks
when it arrived back home.
on opening the package i was immediately blown away by the quality of there repair, its not a repair service its a restoration service.
My knife is now as new and will last another 30 years.
I thank you all for your exceptional service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Victorinox to any one looking for a pocket knife :)

I'd just like to express my appreciation and gratitude for a job well done that went far beyond my expectations.
I submitted my pen knife for a bit of a sharpen up and a replacement spring having also mentioned a cracked case and a few other things but not really expecting much for the small fee charged.
It has been returned today looking like a brand new knife! Anything missing or broken has been replaced or repaired. This is service way beyond expectations.
I certainly will be singing your praises to anyone who will listen.
In this day and age it's rare to surprised by service but in this instance I certainly have been!
I'm so very grateful. It may only be a knife but it has sentimental value and is with me every day.

That's what I wrote to the team that serviced my Swiss Army Knife.
It went way beyond expectations.
If anyone is thinking about getting their knife serviced I'd highly recommend it. VERY reasonable costs and I now have a knife that's like new!

Thanks for a superb customer service and speedy yet qualitative repair of my pocket knife (midnite mini champ).
I followed the given instructions, send the knife to the German repair center, and received it back only in a few weeks, like new, repaired under warranty.

An meinem Trolley war ein Rad verschleißmässig defekt. Der Hersteller schickte mir kostenlos sofort zwei neue Räder zu. Der Trolley ist bereits 5 Jahre alt und aufgrund meines Jobs in der Fliegerei täglich im Einsatz. Ich kann die Marke und deren Qualität sehr empfehlen. Auch viele meiner Kollegen haben diesen Trolley und sind sehr damit zufrieden.

Ich bin nicht nur Sammler der Victorinox-Messer, ich benutze diese auch täglich. Da bleibt es nicht aus, dass auch mal etwas kaputt geht.
Hier ist der Service von Victorinox wirklich einmalig! Welcher Hersteller (egal, welche Branche) repariert auch noch nach Jahrzehnten seine Produkte, als wäre es eine Selbstverständlichkeit?
Der Kontakt zum Service ist dabei herzlich, anders kann ich es nicht beschreiben.
Die Qualität der Messer (und auch der anderen Produkte) in Verbindung mit dem Service ist für mich einmalig!
Ich wünsche mir, dass Victorinox mit seinem Service-Gedanken noch sehr lange erfolgreich sein wird.

Sehr gutes Reparaturformular, welches man herunterladen kann.
Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Reparaturdienst.
Bei Unklarheiten wird man telefonisch oder per Mail kontaktiert.
Die Qualität der Arbeit ist sehr gut.
Bin vollumfänglich zufrieden.

J'ai déposé mon couteau suisse Champ XL à la coutellerie BERTHIER ET CIE à Valence en France.
Ma scie à bois a cassé lors de l'utilisation de cette dernière sur une planche de palette.
A la boutique, on m'a dit que Victorinox verrait si c'est couvert par la garanti.
Aujourd'hui j'ai récupérer mon Champ XL... la scie a bois a été changée... Le couteau a été nettoyé comme neuf, le ressort du ciseaux a été changé, les lames de couteau coupent comme si elles étaient neuves.
La loupe est bien la mienne (la petite avec plastique gris donc le champ XL est bien le mien.
Merci à Victorinox et à la coutellerie BERTHIER ET CIE pour le service.
Acheter un couteau Suisse Victorinox, forcément il vieillit, s'abîme et parfois casse... La garanti à vie à permis de lui faire prendre une cure de jouvence. En tant que client et utilisateur de couteau Suisse Victorinox (A cause de Mac Gyver des années 85/90) je vous souhaite de continuer de concevoir et de vendre pleins des couteaux de poches, pinces et valises.

Ich habe mich wegen einer defekten Naht an meinem Travelrucksack an den Support von Wenger/Victorinox gewandt. Die Abwicklung der Ersatzleistung (Nachweis durch Bilder, Vorlage des Kaufbelegs, Versand eines neuen Rucksacks!!!) war unkompliziert.

Redoutablement efficace. Après plus de 6 ans de bons et loyaux services, les roulettes de ma valise victorinox ont souffert. Le corps de la valise étant en excellent état, j'ai cherché à réparer les roulettes. Après un contact rapide avec le service client, une photo et un message plus tard j'ai reçu un jeu complet de roulettes et de supports gratuitement. Très simple à changer soi-même avec un simple tournevis, c'est un solution durable et gratuite. Je recommande fortement !

Ich habe mein großes schweizer Offiziersmesser zum Service eingeschickt. Es war mir heruntergefallen, und eine Spitze der Schere war abgebrochen. Andere Werkzeuge waren recht abgenutzt. Das Messer hat dunkelgraue Horn-Schalen, und mir war wichtig, dass diese erhalten blieben.

Schon nach kurzer Zeit habe ich das Messer zurückerhalten - es ist wie neu! Als ich aber auf die Rechnung schaute, konnte ich meinen Augen nicht trauen! Es wurde praktisch kostenlos repariert! Und man muss es wirklich komplett zerlegt, gereinigt, neue Teile eingebaut und dann wieder neu zusammengefügt haben! Aber ich musste nur ca. 12 Euro bezahlen.

Vielen Dank dafür. Das ist wirklich „großer Service“. Wo sonst gibt es so etwas heutzutage noch?

Freundlicher und schneller Kundenservice und zudem wurde mein Anliegen kompetent und kulant gelöst. Dies macht Victorinox für mich weiterhin sehr sympathisch.

The wheel of one of our Victorinox trolleys was damaged. Since it is the wife's favourite trolley, I researched repair options. I quickly found that Victorinox offered either the repair or a set of spare parts at no cost. Opting for the spares, I was surprised to receive not only a new wheel, but a full set of all four wheels complete with their mountings. All within less than a week. Perfect.

Mein Mann hat für mich mein Sackmesser, welches er mir vor 20 Jahren geschenkt hat, für eine Revision an Victorinox geschickt. Nur drei Tage später hatte ich das gute Stück bereits wieder im Briefkasten.

In dieser kurzen Zeit hat die Firma Victorinox nicht nur mein edles Stück wieder auf Vordermann gebracht (die Messer gehen jetzt wieder so ring auf und zu, dass es ein Genuss ist!), sondern gleich noch den irgendwo mal abgeschlagenen „Blätsch“ ersetzt. Dieser Ersatz im Wert von Fr. 35.- wurde als 100 %ige Garantiearbeit ausgeführt. So ein Service ist heute ganz und gar nicht mehr selbstverständlich und hat mich sehr beeindruckt und gefreut!

Ein riesengrosses Kompliment an die Firma VICTORINOX - ich kann Sie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen :-).

Superb customer service on a 10 year old case! Buy a top brand like this and you will never regret it!!

I have not used my wheelie overnight case for some time and after getting it out from the cupboard, I noticed both of the rubber wheels/tyres were degraded. I went on the website, entered my case product number and within a few days replacement wheels were sent to me free of charge!

They did offer to replace the wheels themselves, but I was told it wasn't difficult to do yourself and it wasn't!

This is really excellent service. Having worked in product teams for consumer brands I know a lot of firms would charge for such a service. Not Victorinox. They are stand out for this!. I will highly recommend them to anyone who wants a new case!

Valise achetée au Canada lors d'un voyage il y a plus de 10 ans. Une roue se brise en sortant du train il y a quelques semaines. J'envoie la photo de la roue et de la valise car je ne trouve pas de N° de référence. Le service clientèle a immédiatement répondu et envoyé gratuitement 2 roues de remplacement. Un excellent service, efficace, concret et humain ;o) MERCI
