Great customer service. Probably the best customer service of all the platforms I used for my business, simply for the fact that I can get in direct contact with specialist in specific areas to walk me through trouble shooting and figuring out things.

After using it for almost 2 years now, Vidlead has consistently met all the needs for my video business. I'm not a huge power-user of all the features that it can provide - however having all of it fit into one tool is incredibly helpful rather than spread across many different pieces of software.

Complete scam, no accountability, didn’t honor their 30 trial, I screen shoot it because I had a feeling they would charge me and not hold any accountability. Careful with companies like this only care about their money

Great CRM and more for your video business. It’s a no brainer software for creatives. It’s really helpful for us one man bands to manage everything. I can’t go back to how I was operating before. This is a need for your business.

This is hands down the BEST CRM and automation software. Super user friendly, they are quick to reply to emails and very detailed to make sure you get your question answered as well as make sure you understand the answer to your questions. I highly recommend VidLEAD Studio for any Video Agency looking to scale their business!

It is a great CRM for video businesses. I have to say their support team is great and they helped me so much with so many things i was not familiar with.

I’ve had a great experience with Vidleads! I am not a super tech savvy person so getting everything set up was a bit of a challenge, but the tutorial videos and the vidlead teams help made everything go smoothly. They never hesitated to answer any of my questions at any time of the day! I’m still discovering helpful features about this software everyday, and they are regularly adding new ones on top of that. it’s perfectly tailored to an established or growing videography business and I would highly recommend vidleads to any videographer looking for a CRM system.

Super faulty, glitchy, and slow. Every single time I'm in the program I spend more time trying to chat with their support than actually getting anything accomplished. In theory this CRM would be great. But it'd be better if it actually saved me time and frustration.

Learning everything available within the software is honestly overwhelming haha but the customer support is awesome, easy to chat with people or set up support calls! Definitely worth the price if you are wanting to scale and elevate your business

Been using it for a while and it just has so much packed into it I still haven't gotten into all of them definitely worth the price!

I’m leaving a 5 star review because I think this software is very good. I love many of the features. There are a few things that could use improvement but 90% of the package is very refined. I look forward to seeing new features coming to this suite.

The support team is excellent, the website builder is excellent, the Instagram integration is excellent.

The seo tools could use some improvement, the billing can be clunky from time to time and the client database could use some refinement. But all in all, I still want to give this a 5 star review because the team works really hard to make me happy. Thanks!

Top notch CRM for any videographer whether your a team or solo. Has everything you could possibly ask for. They do very well in automations along with pre templated emails, funnels, and contract's. Was able to close my first 3k retainer client with the use of what they have built out already. Their customer service is also impeccable. 10/10 recommend you won’t regret it.

I started a week ago. One week ago. I went all in! I am super happy with switching all of my marketing, CRM, and everything else over the VIDLEAD. As I began working on learning everything, filling in all of the key things, and working through the VIDLEAD process, I realized, I still had to do the work. BUT, the framework is there! You do not have to struggle, fail, measure, question, do it again, and again, again, just follow the process and go through their 14-day training. It will all click.
