This service saved my trip
This service saved my trip. My mother forgot that her visa was tied to the old passport, so we ended up using this service at the airport at the advice of one of the airline agents. Once I submitted my application order, the service reached out to me via Whatsapp to see if I need further support. I mentioned to them that I am at the ticket counter, and urgently need their confirmation letter so that my mother can have her ticket issued. They quickly responded back with instructions of what I needed to submit. And within 15 minutes, the letter came through. My mother was able to have her ticket issued and we made it to our flight just in time. They also instructed us to meet one of their agents in Vietnam, who already waited for us and handed my mother her Visa on arrival. I am beyond impressed and grateful.
Based on my experience, my tips would be:
1. Have Whatsapp installed in case you need live support
2. Have photocopies of you passport, and Passport photo handy, as these would be required for your application

Vietnam-immi genuinely saved our holiday. My initial visa had a spelling mistake and was rejected at the check-in counter.
I found vietnam-immi through an emergency visa search; I told them my predicament and that check-in was closing in an hour. They expedited my visa process to get it into the system so I could board the plane within 30 minutes.
Upon arriving in Saigon, their rep met me at the airport at 6am and helped me through the remaining paper work and got us through the fast track immigration line.
I would give this service 6 stars if I could - literally saved our trip.
