I recently had the pleasure of using the Vietnam Visa on Arrival (VOA) service as a Tanzanian passport holder, and I must say, it was an absolutely seamless experience! We had struggled with visa application on the eVisa system. Anna VOA suggested options for us to consider and processed our VOA authorisation in less than 48hrs. Their rates are also fair compared to most other agencies that we tried. Particularly excellent for African(we have Ugandan passports) countries as many agencies did not work on African clients. We had some misunderstanding of what "visa on arrival" means for Vietnam and found ourselves in a very stressful situation where we had to get a visa on a Sunday for the flight the same day. It is a very tricky industry, so we were afraid to pay to some scammers, but we decided to choose this company based on positive reviews. We have contacted them through WhatsApp and paid through a payment link they provided. Grace who we talked to was very clear about the timeline and what they can warranty and did not mislead us in any way. We have recieved the emergency visa on time and did not have any issues on the border. It was a bit pricey for us since it was weekend, however, still cheaper than buying a new flight ticket, so we were satisfied and grateful.

Gracie is a superstar- urgent need of help and she came to the rescue. She made the whole application process so easy and was there at every step to guide us through the whole process. 5 stars is not enough.
