We were very pleased with the prompt, professional service and ease of use of the e visa platform. Needed 2 Visas urgently and it was done in 1 day! Very well done!!

I found myself in a bad situation where i didn’t know that a swiss passport required a visa for entry to Vietnam. After being told my emergency visa wouldn’t be processed till monday as i applied on the weekend i was put in touch with Peter who helped me get a emergency weekend deal that would have me on my flight no problem! Incredible service, patience and work!!!

I wanted to write this review For Australians especially. This website is not the official one. They seem to be agents that do this work.

The official website is an absolute joke though and is glitchy and looks to be built from 1970’s. So with short notice on a trip, i was unable to use the official website on 5 devices.

I tried this website after reviews and I was VERY anxious. It does cost more. I paid the two day option and it was turned around slightly after hours on the second day. I also emailed them on the second day and they replied within an hour. So o think I they have worked on that.

The visa they end up getting looked identical to the official one. So I think their high trust rating here is deserved. Recommend.

Found myself in a bind when I misread the guidance about visa requirements for Vietnam and even though I reside in the UK,as I hold an Irish passport, I required a visa.This website was so helpful and made the process much easier to complete but offering guidance which the official website does not.They were very communicative and the completed the request within the allocated time (1 working day).I thought I had more time as I had connecting flights but my starting flight asked for evisa information so thankfully I had this just in the nick of time.Thanks so much!

The company is very thorough in issuing visa. They required me to send pictures again as it was not very clear. This shows the seriousness they take doing their job correctly and efficiently.

The company was super helpful and assisted us with an emergency visa. We got one in under 24 hours. Very helpful and great communication throughout the process. Would 100% recommend and will use them again next time

The service was excellent. After booking the trip last minute we had to get our visa within 24hrs. Support were patient with us and helped rectify passport photo issue from our end during application process.

After applying for a multiple entry visa, we received a single entry. After reaching out to support they advised us that due to the urgency of the visa they could only process a single entry.

We received an Evisa the following day allowing for multiple entry, with the same application free of charge.

Would definitely recommend using this company for a visa when you have limited time.

We realized last minute that we did not get our visa approved prior to the trip. They were very responsive in getting an approval letter to us within 24hr that would have allowed us to fly. There was a bit of miscommunication on our part where we had requested a multi entry visa but had received a single entry visa instead. After communicating this, they were gracious enough to get us the correct visa within 12 hours, allowing us to still make the most of our previously booked itinerary. Would highly recommend this service to anyone in a pinch!

I was honestly skeptical about using this service as it's a 3rd party, but they were excellent. I submitted my information Sunday afternoon and before 2pm on Monday I had my visa approved. They were clear in their communication with me and I was able to chat with them via WhatsApp.
It's definitely pricier than submitting a normal visa request via the official website, but if you need one quickly, this is your best bet. I also heard other services and agents are even more expensive.
Overall, great service, would recommend.

Website is misleading, says a Visa on Arrival is available for Australians but this is not the case as you need one before actually departing. Their working hours states 08:00-21:00 GMT+7 however they wouldn't process the "Super Urgent 4 working hours" option within those hours, and asked me to pay more to expedite the process.

We called customer service over twenty times from different phones before somebody picked up our call. The verbal abuse I received was absolutely disgusting.

Website is not the official government one either, even though it has govt.vn in it.

EDIT:
They refunded the stamps on arrival which was an additional USD75 and apologised for the customer service because their team is always in a hustle. They also offered to pay for our visas in the future.

I made a mistake on my application, which the team went out of their way to correct for me, and still provide my documentation on time

I did end up getting my eVisa on time, but there was zero communication when I emailed or called this company. I was really left in the dark until I got the eVisa the evening before my departure. It was a bit stressful. Also, the fact that they used a ‘govt’ as domain name is a bit misleading. At the very least, i hope they would improve their communication.

Excellent service. They informed me about the problems with my application well in advance, so I could correct it. Later, they kept me informed about how the process was advancing and delivered the letters within the scheduled time.
